We moved to Follwells due to not being able to sell the property and based on neighbours' recommendations. Within 4 weeks we'd had multiple offers and within 6 months the house was sold. Follwells' communication was brilliant. Every step of the way they kept us informed, either by email or phone call. They chased the buyer's solicitors when needed and were on top of any issues that arose. They gave good advice over the offers and the results of the survey. If I ever had to ring the office and left a voicemail, they rang straight back. As a service I can't fault them. They even did the meter readings as we live so far away. In a busy world and not living close by, I was incredibly pleased to be working with Follwells and would highly recommend them.
