Valued my property £85,000 less ! than 3 top reputable estate agents did 6 months previous also gave a quote on costing of structural damage on the property unsure if Folwells are actually qualified to give a quote of this nature , I would have thought a structural surveyor needed to do this ?? shop around

We have recently had an independent level 2 survey done on a house, we chose folwells as they came recommended. The survey was thorough, the report came back to us quickly, and was priced very reasonably. We were pleased to find that folwells always answer the phone first time, which has not always been our experience with estate agents, and we felt that we were looked after well as customers. Highly recommend them, and would consider them first if in need of an estate agent or surveyor again. Trustworthy and professional service.

We dealt with Folwells recently during the purchase of our new home. The process of buying and selling properties is always stressful, however the team at Folwells were always a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable and approachable and he and Steve kindly dedicated many a Saturday morning to us, which we were very grateful for, as we lived out-of-area. We can't thank Vicky enough for her hard work also. She managed our purchase, and without her the sale would have fallen through. She worked tirelessly, communicating with the vendor on our behalf, and going the extra mile to speak to solicitors who were otherwise making our lives very difficult! So after 5 months of stress, we finally moved in to our new forever home on the 20th December! To say Helen and the Follwells team were key to this move is an understatement! Without Helen, I still don't think we'd be in now. Helen's communication throughout, with the Vendors, vendor's solicitors and even our own estate agents and solicitors was instrumental in us being able to complete before Christmas and enjoying (although hectic) our first Christmas and New Year in our new home! Mark also went above and beyond during our initial 3 viewings of the property and helping us to negotiate the sale. Having used Follwells in the past we certainly weren’t going to use any other Estate Agents, this is the third house they have sold for us and from start to finish they were brilliant. Mark came out to value our property and advised us on how the current market was performing. He arranged a professional photographer to come out and take photos including Ariel shots which were AMAZING. We were inundated with viewings and secured a buyer within a few days and then Helen & Vicky took over with regular feedback and updates throughout the sale process . Today we completed on our purchase with Follwells. We cannot speak highly enough of Follwells. It was a purchase that was only possible through the constant diligence, proactivity and positivity of Helen. We were a little bit naive as to the importance of the estate agent role in a transaction but at multiple turns Helen single-handedly managed the entire chain to ensure we met a pre-Christmas completion. Moving for the first time in over forty years we consulted a number of local estate agents. From our first meeting with Mark we were very impressed and confident in his knowledge and expertise. Everyone in the Follwells team are very professional, friendly and helpful. We were kept informed throughout and any queries we had were answered fully. The photography and marketing were excellent. The numerous viewings were carefully managed by them and with the minimum disruption to us. After a successful sale we would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We used Follwells to help us downsize, from a large Victorian property. We were fortunate enough that Follwells helped with both the sale and the purchase of our new home. Both ends of the transaction were handled professionally. They were realistic in their valuations, and this showed as we had numerous viewings/offers, and ended up achieving in excess of the asking price. Follwells also did a thorough check of the potential purchasers before presenting the offers, to ensure they were in as good a position as possible to be able to complete. Mark and the office were particularly proactive in keeping the process moving along. As the property we were selling was old, it had the potential to be a complicated sale. Follwells were very good at ensuring the advice for all parties was understandable, and led to a smooth transaction. We have used Follwells before as they are very good at getting the sale "over the line". Too often agents struggle with the management of the sale if it doesn't all go smoothly. Follwells try to anticipate these issues and help to prepare the buyer and the seller in advance
