I purchased a Latex mattress from Foams India in 2018 with a 15-year warranty. While the mattress was initially satisfactory, it has now developed significant sagging. Despite repeated follow-ups, customer service has been unresponsive. Mr. Ramachandran and Mr. Jaisoorya from Chennai Trade Centre assured me that the issue would be resolved promptly. Ramachandran even inspected the mattress at my home, acknowledged the defect, and promised to have it collected and repaired at the factory. It's been more than a month, the mattress has not been collected. I have made multiple calls, each time receiving assurances that action would be taken “today without fail,” but nothing has materialized. While minor delays are understandable, a month of inaction is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor customer service. This approach suggests avoidance rather than resolution. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Foams India as a company does not live upto expectations, making false promises. Please stay away from this Company!!

Worst Purchase of My Life — Please Don’t Make the Same Mistake I spent nearly ₹60,000 on the Pearl FX 6-inch mattress, and I wish someone had warned me earlier. The demo they show is completely different from what they actually deliver. What I received feels like a thick, bouncy balloon, nowhere close to real latex quality. I researched latex mattresses for weeks, watched every YouTube review, and still ended up with this disaster. I felt like I was sleeping on a slope. My back became stiff, and I even get breathing issues lying on it. This product is nowhere near the comfort or density they claim. When I complained, they promised a replacement—and then completely disappeared. They don’t pick calls, don’t reply to emails, and avoid every request to verify density or quality. Even speaking directly with the CEO gave the same experience: nice words, zero action. They don’t even have the basic tools to measure density or verify their own product quality. If you’re here because of online hype, turn back right now. Don’t waste your money. Don’t risk your health. Don’t trust the demo. Don’t believe the staff — their words collapse just like the mattress. Choose a real, trustworthy brand. This one doesn’t even come close.

As they told me 15 years warranty and in 11th year this mattress developed cracks. after opening the cloth over the bed it is seen that they have joined patches of latex sheets in the 4 inch bed, which was told to me that a single 4 inch sheet is provided. When I am asking to provide service they are dodging and finally asking me to pay for the service for the cracks. Very pathetic and irresponsible guys.

To say the least, it's a wonderful experience in terms of buying latex cushions for my chairs seats and back support. It's all because of Owner (MD sir of Foams India - unfortunately don't know his name) and Mrs. Manjeri ma'am. I somehow got the number of MD sir and connected with him directly. It's a excellent practice foams India follow. After few chats on whatsapp, he directed me to Mrs. Manjeri ma'am. She not only helped me get a custom size and and shape for my imported chairs (which somehow had uncomfortable chair cushion and back rest) but also helped me to get a correct size and dimensions latex pillow. Initially, we had many issues, be it incorrect size cutting of latex cushions and covers but thanks to Mrs. Manjeri ma'am, she handled everything with ease and helped out to get everything right. Hadn't been sir and her in the scene, my experience with Foams India would have been different. I do understand that there could be some dissatisfaction because of manual custom size cutting and all but the real satisfaction is when you finally get the product as expected. I ordered everything with highest density (90 Hard) for a longer life. It did cost a lot but considering the quality, the courier shipping and overall support, it's all worth the investment. The price quoted to me were at par with the price mentioned on the website. That's another great thing Foams India excels at. They didn't overcharged for custom size. All in all, it's a wonderful experience. You all can trust them blindly. I trusted Foams India and placed order from New Delhi (to Chennai), all online. Places and people like these are the ones because of which you can STILL trust buying things online. I shortlisted FOAMS INDIA and was about to Visit Jaipur, Rajasthan to see the quality to make purchase, but the store over there got closed unfortunately. But still I got what I wanted that to in a comfort of my home. After seeing the durability / deterioration quality by using the cushions, I would be making my next large order for custom size Bed latex mattress. I hope foams India will consider the discount as a repeated customer. Lastly, in short, if you are planning to buy latex cushions, latex mattress or latex pillow near you or anywhere in India, you can blindly trust Foams India, the owner, Mrs. Manjeri and even Mr. Jay Soorya sir (whom I have not mentioned but was equally responsible for the support and cooperation, without whom, maybe I would have given 4 stars instead of 5. But because of him, it's the 5 Star review). Please don't worry or look anywhere, FOAMS INDIA IS THE PLACE YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO. THANK YOU.

FoamsIndia has been a disappointment. The chat functionality doesn’t even work. The number provided is not answered and is seems to be a personal mobile number. The delivery partner has been the worst as my product is out for delivery for the last 7 days and no one is reaching out to deliver. It is marked as out for delivery every morning but nothing happens. No action taken, no response from whomsoever. Neither chat functionality works nor the numbers provided. In addition, there is no option to cancel the order. This only adds frustration to the customers. This is really poorly managed from my experiencw with Foams India. This is all wrt the order processing, updates and delivery. I am yet to receive my product and its been more than 2 weeks.

This is a candid non-paid feedback of FOAMS India mattress and pillows by an actual buyer and a long time customer. My quest for a great sleeping mattress and pillow ended almost 8 years back when I first learned about Foams India as company. I ordered my first ever natural latex pillow. There was some apprehension initially seeing a bit high price pillow. However, I immediately fell in love as soon as I received it. I felt immediate relief in my shoulder and neck pain and I was fully recovered within four weeks of using it. After seeing very positive result from the pillow, I then ordered their 2 inch mattress pearl FX topper. And believe me I never thought that it would come up as good as their pillow. Since then I can’t even think of using any other company’s product for pillow and mattress. Eventually I end up buying their 5 inch as well as 4 inch thick mattress in bamboo fabric recently. And I am equally happy and satisfied with the product and its international level quality. Now coming to their sales service and support. Just like their product it is top notch too especially their executive Ms. Manjri who is polite, knowledgeable, product expert and a great listener too. She guides you in selecting the right product at every step of your dealing with them. She makes sure that you get all the required information on time and keeps following you until the product is delivered at your door step safe and sound. Manjri jee is one of the finest customer support/sales executive I have encountered while buying products online. Now a time to critic their management/owners. I found them less accommodating during my recent purchase of 4 inch Pearl FX mattress. They could have easily adjust the free single pillow with the order, but they didn’t. I was a bit disappointed. I hope they will improve. Anyway, Just don’t think twice while ordering any of their product. I am confident that you will not regret your purchase even if it appears costly at first glance. NOT RECOMMENDED I am using it since 10 days. Initially it gave me comfort now I am feeling heaviness i.e. I don't feel comfort feel little headache or tightness on head (perhaps I could explain my feelings) & little heat i.e. this one is not at all breathable. I am unable to return the same as its return period is only 7 days. I tried few such pillows specially memory foam pillow initially it will give you good feeling later on you will feel pain & heat on continued use. So think before purchase.
