Contrate los servicios de Flymedi para realizarme una rinoplastia y algunos retoques en la cara. Elegí esta empresa por los muchos comentarios positivos que leí en internet. La persona que me atendió online, que en mi caso se llama Tess, me transmitió una gran confianza y seguridad sobre todas las cuestiones que le planteé. Finalmente fui a Turquía del 1 al 8 de noviembre de este año, y ya estoy de vuelta en casa afortunadamente. Mi opinión sobre Flymedi es que es una empresa de contratación de servicios médicos bastante mala y por consiguiente no recomendable. Una vez que llegué a Turquia esta persona que me había atendido tan correctamente de manera online llamada Tess, ya se quita de en medio y me pasa a otra persona llamada Akincan Alic, que se supone me iba a guiar y atender durante todo el proceso de la operación, incluido el pre y post operatorio. Según publica Flymedi siempre estas asistido durante las 24 horas los 7 días de la semana pero eso no es ni mucho menos cierto y te encuentras mas bien desamparado unas vez te realizan la operación. Es cierto que responden a tus mensajes cuando tienes alguna duda o inquietud pero no lo hacen ni en tiempo ni en forma. Como ejemplo comentar que al día siguiente de la operación tenía dificultades serías para poder respirar debido a que aun había gas en mis pulmones a consecuencia de la anestesia general y aunque inicialmente me dijeron que me tenía que aguantar tras mi insistencia me atendieron en el hospital, que por cierto es bastante cutre, y me cobraron por ello con la excusa de que mi dolencia nada tenía que ver con la cirugía. Solo hubo dos cosas positivas en esta experiencia, la primera fue que creo que la doctora Tugce es una buena profesional aunque sin empatía, y la segunda que el hotel estaba muy bien y fué lo único que no contraté con Flymedi. Como anécdota comentar que una vez que ya he vuelto a casa se pone en contacto otra persona de Flymedi llamada Yagmur para hacerme un seguimiento postoperatorio, es decir, el seguimiento que no me hicieron mientras estaba en Turquía me lo quieren hacer ahora cuando ya estoy en España. Evidentemente me pareció una tomadura de pelo. En resumen, Flymedi es una maquina bien engrasada para hacer dinero mediante comisiones por servicios médicos, y poco más.

The clinic was state-of-the-art, boasting the latest equipment and a team of professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. Every nurse and technician ensured I was comfortable, easing my fears and reassuring me every step of the way. Post-surgery, the aftercare was impeccable. The regular check-ups, the guidance on post-operative care, and the consistent communication; all made my recovery swift and as painless as possible. But my journey in Turkey wasn’t just about the surgery. I fell in love with the country itself. From the bustling streets of Istanbul to the tranquil coastlines, Turkey's rich culture and history enveloped me. The kindness of the locals, delicious cuisine, and breathtaking architecture all added to an experience I'll cherish forever. I cannot thank Flymedi and their team enough for making what seemed like a daunting journey one of the most enriching experiences of my life. My new nose is not just a cosmetic enhancement; it's a testament to the skilled craftsmanship of my surgeon and the unwavering support I received throughout this journey. If you're considering medical tourism, particularly for rhinoplasty, I wholeheartedly recommend Flymedi. Just like other people who go through a ton of thoughts and doubts before going for a surgery for the first time, I was also very skeptical and a little nervous of my decision to go for a breast reduction surgery in Turkey, but since the beginning, Angela, had been very supportive throughout the booking process and everything, i had to reschedule my appointment due to some issues but she made everything just so easy for me. After arriving in Turkey, I was well received, my transfer was arranged already at the airport, so I had not an inch of a problem at all. Then I met my Coordinator, Cemre, who is a darling, communicating with her about myself and the surgery made it so relieving for me, I was a little scared because I came alone, but when I met with such an amazing team here, I didn't feel that I was alone at all!! she helped me with everything in the hospital, she was there with me before my surgery and then later ordered all the meds for me, kept checking for me. Its all been such a nice experience here. And I am beyond grateful to Dr. Omar sagir who did my surgery, it went amazingly well, it just makes me so happy with my decision to come here. I came here just before my birthday, what a timing, the best thing I've experienced in my life. I will forever be grateful to Flymedi, and not to Mention, Turkey will always be the most hospitable place I've ever visited!!

I came across flymedi after a long search. The first impression was very positive but that's all just for show. I was sold a package in a 5 star private clinic but had surgery in a middle class public hospital. There was hardly any information after the operation, I had to laboriously ask for everything and the entire organization seemed more random than planned. the only positive thing was the doctor!

I found Flymedi after doing lots of research regards gastric balloon procedures abroad. I honestly cannot fault them, they have arranged everything from the procedure, hotel and transport. Kirsty and Azra have been amazing coordinators and have been on hand to answer my question at all times of the day. Azra has kept in touch after the procedure to make sure everything was ok after. Merve the dietician has also been great, she goes over the initial 10 days diet with you and is also on hand for any questions or diet support for the next year. The clinic was nice and clean and all the staff were very helpful. I would recommend flymedi to anyone thinking of having treatments abroad.
