flymedi bait and switch buyer beware Kirstie will try to increase the amount that you’re paying right before you come over on the trip.. they offer you very fair pricing and have you sign a contract and then she says she made a serious mistake I was having three surgeries done for about $3000 with two different surgeons, but one of the surgeons is using nasal packing where the patient cannot breathe through their nose for one week.. she did not inform me of this until the day I was flying to Turkey. This is a very old way of doing septoplasty or rhinoplasty, and because the doctor would not speak with me about other options that are more up-to-date by using nasal splints instead, I canceled the surgery. when I canceled my surgery with the ENT, she raised the surgery from $1500-$3000 for my second surgery the gynecomastia be very careful this group gives you very competitive pricing, but then will try to change it the last minute we call that bait and switch in america

Doubts about customer care and handling of complaints Due to an error by the lab, a significant gap formed between two of my teeth, leading to food getting stuck. Consequently, I had to make a trip back to Turkey to have it fixed. However, my experience when seeking repair after the treatment was completed differed from my initial experience. On this occasion, I had to continuously follow up and send multiple messages, some of which received unsatisfactory responses. Additionally, I found it disappointing that I had to bear the costs of traveling to Turkey, including the hotel and transfers, despite the clinic's mistake. In my opinion, if a clinic is responsible for an error, they should take ownership and at least partially cover the associated expenses as part of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this did not happen, leaving me perplexed as to why I had to incur costs due to the clinic's mistake. I hope the agency takes this feedback into consideration and reevaluates their after-treatment policy. It would be beneficial if, in cases where the clinic is at fault, they cover the patient's expenses as part of their guarantee. This would incentivize more patients to seek treatment in Turkey, considering the significant costs associated with travel, accommodation, and transfers. Lastly, I was disheartened by the lack of response when I reached out to the company, including their support team, via email regarding the additional cost I had to pay for the lab error. The lack of communication raises doubts about the company's approach to customer care and handling of complaints.

I found Flymedi after doing lots of research regards gastric balloon procedures abroad. I honestly cannot fault them, they have arranged everything from the procedure, hotel and transport. Kirsty and Azra have been amazing coordinators and have been on hand to answer my question at all times of the day. Azra has kept in touch after the procedure to make sure everything was ok after. Merve the dietician has also been great, she goes over the initial 10 days diet with you and is also on hand for any questions or diet support for the next year. The clinic was nice and clean and all the staff were very helpful. I would recommend flymedi to anyone thinking of having treatments abroad.
