Extremely customer service Yesterday, the customer service I received from Flower Trends on Quinpool, Halifax, was completely unsatisfactory. I had brought my own vase as I was gong directly to the hospital to deliver cut flowers to a patient. I asked the staff member if she would kindly cut the stems for me. She agreed but said they would then need to go directly into water. This I understood and I asked if she would put some water in the vase for me. Her response was that “this was not something they provided”. In a flower shop I was unable to get a cup of tap water? I was quite shocked and said I would just use the water from my water bottle. Her response was a shrug of her shoulders. Furthermore, their was no extra greenery added or a package of plant food. Very poor service for $100.00.

Would not recommend... it was my Moms Birthday and I thought flowers would be nice, I asked for an assortment however "NO Lily's, lady said no problem, came back with flowers, she wraps them, I pay... get them to my Mothers and there are lily's in the bouquet...

The flowers and teddy bear were great, very professional and courteous. Easy to order a d have delivered as I'm 4500km away. Everything went well only thing when they called she saw the name and number and new it was flowers. Maybe block the number next time for the surprise but not disappointed at all. Will be my go to shop for now on

I had specified in my order that I would like my arrangement delivered to my grandmother who was in an intermediate care unit. I ordered a very specific arrangement for her birthday knowing that she likes all those particular flowers. When the day came for delivery, I was told that they don't deliver to ICU. When I explained she was not in Intensive Care, that she was in Intermediate care and could receive flowers, I was told all the flowers for my particular arrangement were used for others and they would throw something together. The delivery guy was also out for the morning and they didn't know when he'd be back to deliver. Shop was unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistake. Grandmother received a different arrangement than the one I ordered and it arrived late. When I tried to bring up the issue to the store, I was given a run around and told I needed to call different managers than the one I was talking to. Extremely dissatisfied and will not consider ever returning.

Wanted to send flowers to my wife on her birthday on short notice (no I didn't forget) I am in Ontario and she is in NS on a family emergency. I wanted to cheer her up. They have a great selection to choose from at reasonable prices. My order was seamlessly taken and a beautiful arrangement was delivered with 3 hours of ordering. My niece was spending a second consecutive birthday in lockdown, and I wanted to do something special for her turning 12 since I could't visit. I thought having flowers delivered to her would make her feel like a real lady. She loved the floral arrangement she got! it was beautiful, thank you so much Flower Trends. Even more impressive was that the bouquet lasted over 3 weeks (her mom pulled out the lilies which are still alive now!). Will definitely order from here again.
