Recently dealt with Flooring Xtra Carrum Downs, first we visited showroom to look at options for needs, showroom manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided then and there what was needed. We then had our measure and quote completed, very satisfied with turn around on quote and communication was excellent. Carpet was installed last week and we are extremely happy with the result. We had to have our carpet replaced through insurance due to a burst hose in our toilet cistern. Flooring Xtra had a great variety of carpets to choose from and made the whole process very simple. I found Alfonzo to be very knowledgeable and accommodating with any and all of my questions. Very happy with our new carpet 😊

A BIG thank you to Alfonzo (Fonz) Caia the Store Manager, I am so grateful for all his assistance in what had previously been a very stressful home renovation. We first looked at products online then my husband went into the showroom where Fonz assisted him and made a daunting task a delight. My husband came home with some samples to test out, we somehow came to an agreement on the flooring we liked then had the house measured (everywhere but bathrooms) received a quote, paid a deposit and within a month the job was complete to my amazement. Fonz guided us through all the steps so smoothly, he even gave us great recommendations for someone to remove our tiles and prepare the flooring and was available to us when we had questions. I cannot recommend highly enough the team at Xtra Flooring in Carrum Down and Fonz.
