My flight was canceled by Indigo on 6th December and they had processed the refund to FlightsMojo on 9th December. However, I still haven’t received the refund after atleast 10 follow ups with them and more than 5 hours wasted.
I would suggest not to book from this platform or do it with the risk of not getting your money back.
My booking id- 1589291 and i am trying to reach support team and keeping my call on wait for 30mins and then there is no response cuts the call and i want to know by when i will receive the money. Atleast while booking you guys should have infromed this is the thing.After taking the money how come tickets are not confrimed

One of the worst app I ever use to book my flight. I book my flight from GOI to Delhi for 17th eight 10:20 PM and arrives at 1:30 around a.m. the day. I was doing the check-in the moment I entered the PNR number the flight details were completely changed instead of GOI the system GOX which is 40 km more away from the GOI airport in the time instead of 10:20PM. It was changed to 20.25 PM. Good idea online check-in, and I realised that all this changes have happened. Hopefully, I will get that flight.flight Mojo need a lot of improvement and updates when doing the reservation in future, very unsatisfied
