Debited money but didnt receive the ticket. Received a msg, 'the seats were sold out.' Why block peoples money if you cant gaurantee a ticket? Called the customer care - 20 MINUTES WAIT TIME. They told the money will be refunded in 24 -48 hours. Why not immediately? This is terrible. What if working class people depend on that money to book a flight with an actual seat??How do you justify that? Some of the google feedback says they were not refunded even in 10 days. This is terrible service. Shut the business or upgrade your service.

I booked a flight on Flight Mojo for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. My payment was deducted, but I received a message saying payment pending and an email stating that the payment had failed and would be refunded. Based on this, I booked the same flight again.
Till now, I have not received the refund for the failed payment. I have been contacting their support team for the past few days, but they keep delaying the response with no proper solution.
This was my first time using Flight Mojo, and the service has been extremely unsatisfactory. I hope they resolve this issue soon, but I would not recommend booking through this platform based on my experience.
