worst experience ever. Ordered a new pair of Jordan' 40. were shipped back on the 19th. delivery was for 24th. Somehow they got miss shipped. didn't get them till the 29th. it happens I get it. then receiving the box. it looks fine. but the shoe box completely damaged. will never shop there again.

I've been a flight club buyer for over 12 years. I've supported them appreciated them. I bought a lot of shoes from them. I took a train from Brooklyn. Walked in snow to get the gamma 11s today 10 1/2 went down to like 340 something and some change. The lady tells me that's Internet prices. I've never heard of such a thing it's not on their website. It's ridiculous. I paid 470 with tax. I will never support these dirty ass people again if I can't get shoes retail, I don't need them. Trash ass places like this can keep their shit. I am not a reseller. I simply love shoes. Once again, fuck this place and places like it.

The young man behind the counter, was very rude. I show him the wrong e mail to pick up my Nike dunk,the e mail had the flight club order #, he could check for the Nike, if it was there but, he told me it's pending,the young lady said she managers , help me I got it .the young man ran off said he not helping me. I might show him the email but I spend a lot of money in flight club and store is not cheap .never shop there again

I bought the "Rare Air" Jordan 4s and were told the shoes were sent to flight club to get legit checked. So when I received them they turned out to be fake. I even emailed ahead of time before the purchase to ask if the shoes that they sell are legit and I was told they were. First time I bought shoes from them and definitely the last!

Fight club need to invest in a reputable delivery service and not 3rd party services such as Sway. My husbands Anniversary gift was stolen off my porch. I honestly believe the delivery guy was in on the theft. He left tge box on the top if the porch at 7 42am abd the thief wearing a amazon stole the box st 7 42 am as prr camera. I have a delivery bin and doorbell on my porch and neither were used, which is why in my opinion they were working together. In addition. I livr on a narrow 1 way street and the driver would have had to see the driver. This is not my 1st time purchasing from FC but will be my last. Upon reaching out and providing video I was told "oh well" it was delivered.. Im so dissapointed and needless to say never again..

The service here was really bad. Walked in and not one worker was trying to help. When I finally got the attention of a worker I was spoken to as if I had bothered him. They also blast the music in there at a volume like it's a club. Was just very turned off by the whole experience. First time ever in store, and never going back. If you're looking to buy from flight club my recommendation is to buy online.

I ordered a pair of Jordan's February 22,2025. I tracked the sneakers all the way from London to JFK airport until March 2. After that there was nothing. I contacted flightclub, and the shipping company, ECMS. A flightclub rep told me I put in the wrong address, therefore it was a delivery issue. ECMS has never responded to me until this day. The flightclub rep told me that there was nothing that could be done. My sneakers, bought and paid for, are just to whoever had to deliver them. I can't correct my address, I'll never get my sneakers! I understood, so I requested a refund, since I'm never getting my product. The flightclub rep told me no. I can't have a refund because the address was wrong. EXCUSE ME!! I've had things returned to sender, lost in the mail, and mysteriously delivered and then vanished into thin air. I'm always afforded a refund. Where does flightclub get off keeping my money for something I'm never getting? How fare is that to the consumer?? I'm never doing business with flightclub again!!

I placed an order *******.I Never received my OG Black cement Jordans. I contacted so called Customer service. I reqstd proof of delivery. They sent me a grainy picture of a box in a yard. No signature, no picture of shoes in on my front t stoop/stairs. I was told complete Affidavit and make police report. Which I did both. I then was told my claim was not approved. So basically I gave them my money and I get nothing I. Return not a credit no replacement no refund! Nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM FLIGHT CLUB. I been a customer for years and I get nothing! Didn't hear anything for a week, then asked about the status of my order.
Turns out my order was canceled without me being informed.
According to them, the amount was refunded.
Unfortunately €17 less than I paid.
After a lot of back and forth emails, I received a vague story about a currency exchange rate that I knew nothing about.
In short, €17 away and I got nothing in return.
People be warned, you will be cheated on in front of the flight club.

Week lang niets gehoord, toen gevraagd naar de status van mijn bestelling.
Bleek mijn order te zijn geannuleerd zonder dat ik op de hoogte werd gesteld.
Bedrag werd volgens hun terug gestort.
Helaas €17,- minder dan dat ik betaald had.
Na veel heen en weer ge email kreeg ik een vaag verhaal over een valuta koers waar ik niets van af wist.
Kortom, €17,- weg en kreeg daar niets voor terug.
Mensen wees gewaarschuwd, je wordt bij flightclub besodemieterd waar je bij staat.
Heb het nu 1 keer geprobeerd maar NOOIT MEER!
