The young man behind the counter, was very rude. I show him the wrong e mail to pick up my Nike dunk,the e mail had the flight club order #, he could check for the Nike, if it was there but, he told me it's pending,the young lady said she managers , help me I got it .the young man ran off said he not helping me. I might show him the email but I spend a lot of money in flight club and store is not cheap .never shop there again

I bought the "Rare Air" Jordan 4s and were told the shoes were sent to flight club to get legit checked. So when I received them they turned out to be fake. I even emailed ahead of time before the purchase to ask if the shoes that they sell are legit and I was told they were. First time I bought shoes from them and definitely the last!

DO NOT ORDER FROM FIGHT CLUB I placed an order on 5/14, received confirmation and notice that the shoes were being verified. Looked at my email this morning and it showed cancelled. I bought these shoes for my boyfriend's birthday on June 4th. What an inconvenience.

Fight club need to invest in a reputable delivery service and not 3rd party services such as Sway. My husbands Anniversary gift was stolen off my porch. I honestly believe the delivery guy was in on the theft. He left tge box on the top if the porch at 7 42am abd the thief wearing a amazon stole the box st 7 42 am as prr camera. I have a delivery bin and doorbell on my porch and neither were used, which is why in my opinion they were working together. In addition. I livr on a narrow 1 way street and the driver would have had to see the driver. This is not my 1st time purchasing from FC but will be my last. Upon reaching out and providing video I was told "oh well" it was delivered.. Im so dissapointed and needless to say never again..

The service here was really bad. Walked in and not one worker was trying to help. When I finally got the attention of a worker I was spoken to as if I had bothered him. They also blast the music in there at a volume like it's a club. Was just very turned off by the whole experience. First time ever in store, and never going back. If you're looking to buy from flight club my recommendation is to buy online.

I ordered a pair of Jordan's February 22,2025. I tracked the sneakers all the way from London to JFK airport until March 2. After that there was nothing. I contacted flightclub, and the shipping company, ECMS. A flightclub rep told me I put in the wrong address, therefore it was a delivery issue. ECMS has never responded to me until this day. The flightclub rep told me that there was nothing that could be done. My sneakers, bought and paid for, are just to whoever had to deliver them. I can't correct my address, I'll never get my sneakers! I understood, so I requested a refund, since I'm never getting my product. The flightclub rep told me no. I can't have a refund because the address was wrong. EXCUSE ME!! I've had things returned to sender, lost in the mail, and mysteriously delivered and then vanished into thin air. I'm always afforded a refund. Where does flightclub get off keeping my money for something I'm never getting? How fare is that to the consumer?? I'm never doing business with flightclub again!!

The selection is vast, and the staff made navigating it so easy with their expert guidance. They were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. Scammers Scam site. Have not received my order.cant get a refund. Got an email saying they were replacing my order with a different pair of shoes. They gave me a 10 dollar refund because I pointed out the shoes and used and one is a completey different color. Still not shoes. Now they want me to fill out more forms and pay extra for shipping on top of the money I already paid to receive nothing

Do NOT ORDER FROM FLIGHT. CLUB I placed an order *******.I Never received my OG Black cement Jordans. I contacted so called Customer service. I reqstd proof of delivery. They sent me a grainy picture of a box in a yard. No signature, no picture of shoes in on my front t stoop/stairs. I was told complete Affidavit and make police report. Which I did both. I then was told my claim was not approved. So basically I gave them my money and I get nothing I. Return not a credit no replacement no refund! Nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM FLIGHT CLUB. I been a customer for years and I get nothing! I wrote back several emails requesting escalation and they don't Respond.G.SOUCHET

Flightclub cancelled my order but no full refund Order canceled by flight club but no full refund Shoes ordered and paid in euros. Didn't hear anything for a week, then asked about the status of my order. Turns out my order was canceled without me being informed. According to them, the amount was refunded. Unfortunately €17 less than I paid. After a lot of back and forth emails, I received a vague story about a currency exchange rate that I knew nothing about. In short, €17 away and I got nothing in return. People be warned, you will be cheated on in front of the flight club. Tried it once now but NEVER AGAIN!!

No full refund Schoenen besteld en betaald in euros. Week lang niets gehoord, toen gevraagd naar de status van mijn bestelling. Bleek mijn order te zijn geannuleerd zonder dat ik op de hoogte werd gesteld. Bedrag werd volgens hun terug gestort. Helaas €17,- minder dan dat ik betaald had. Na veel heen en weer ge email kreeg ik een vaag verhaal over een valuta koers waar ik niets van af wist. Kortom, €17,- weg en kreeg daar niets voor terug. Mensen wees gewaarschuwd, je wordt bij flightclub besodemieterd waar je bij staat. Heb het nu 1 keer geprobeerd maar NOOIT MEER!

The customer service experience was excellent, but the pricing was significantly higher than expected. I paid $587 for a pair of black Travis Scott 1s in a kid's size 4Y, while similar resellers in the immediate area such as Laced Up, Kicksclusive, Hyde Up, and Yankee Kicks offer this model in the $228 to $300 range. This substantial premium does not align with what I anticipated from such a reputable store. Unfortunately, this pricing disparity has affected my perception, and I am unlikely to return. No return policy is the icing on the cake after getting ripped off!

This was the most horrible experience I've ever been through concerning purchasing a pair of sneakers. The star they take the full portion out of your bank and it's not pending so in my case I paid almost $460 for a pair of Nike Air Jordan and red number six that were manufactured in 2019. Play club responded through the authentication process that the sneakers they had prepared for me to receive were in fact worn and used. They offered me a 15% discount off the sneakers which I thought was ridiculous and asked me if I wanted to go another direction which I did and I told him I wanted a full refund now I can't get in contact with anybody. For company that handles expensive sneakers on a regular regular basis that are at least $200 plus you would think they have a phone number to get in contact with customers are given the upmost respect and assurance for their investment.. I had to reach out to my bank and tell them to dispute the charge because nobody would respond to me as far as canceling my order. And this is going on seven days in. The process was horrible, and the experience was as well.

Cancelled order This is the worst site ever. My husband's birthday is coming up and I wanted to get him some Jordan's that he likes. I placed the order and made my payment with the excitement of how surprised he would be, just to get an email a few days later saying that my order was cancelled with no reason why. I used the last that I had to get them so I can't try to order him any other shoes because I'm still waiting for my refund. I will never use this site again. Such a disappointment!
