I placed an order for ***** ******** x Air Zoom GT Hustle 3 EP on their release date of December 7th. Everything went smooth. I was looking forward to receiving my daughters most requested Christmas present. I was notified on December 14th, 1 week later, the order was cancelled by the shipper. Now Im scrambling. I will no doubt have to pay more and may not receive it on time. I dont believe Flight Club is a reliable source for popular shoes.

Scam site. Have not received my order.cant get a refund. Got an email saying they were replacing my order with a different pair of shoes. They gave me a 10 dollar refund because I pointed out the shoes and used and one is a completey different color. Still not shoes. Now they want me to fill out more forms and pay extra for shipping on top of the money I already paid to receive nothing

I placed an order *******.I Never received my OG Black cement Jordans. I contacted so called Customer service. I reqstd proof of delivery. They sent me a grainy picture of a box in a yard. No signature, no picture of shoes in on my front t stoop/stairs. I was told complete Affidavit and make police report. Which I did both. I then was told my claim was not approved. So basically I gave them my money and I get nothing I. Return not a credit no replacement no refund! Nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM FLIGHT CLUB. I been a customer for years and I get nothing! I wrote back several emails requesting escalation and they don't Respond.G.SOUCHET

Week lang niets gehoord, toen gevraagd naar de status van mijn bestelling.
Bleek mijn order te zijn geannuleerd zonder dat ik op de hoogte werd gesteld.
Bedrag werd volgens hun terug gestort.
Helaas €17,- minder dan dat ik betaald had.
Na veel heen en weer ge email kreeg ik een vaag verhaal over een valuta koers waar ik niets van af wist.
Kortom, €17,- weg en kreeg daar niets voor terug.
Mensen wees gewaarschuwd, je wordt bij flightclub besodemieterd waar je bij staat.
Heb het nu 1 keer geprobeerd maar NOOIT MEER!

I paid $587 for a pair of black Travis Scott 1s in a kid's size 4Y, while similar resellers in the immediate area such as Laced Up, Kicksclusive, Hyde Up, and Yankee Kicks offer this model in the $228 to $300 range. This substantial premium does not align with what I anticipated from such a reputable store. Unfortunately, this pricing disparity has affected my perception, and I am unlikely to return.
No return policy is the icing on the cake after getting ripped off!

This was the most horrible experience I've ever been through concerning purchasing a pair of sneakers. The star they take the full portion out of your bank and it's not pending so in my case I paid almost $460 for a pair of Nike Air Jordan and red number six that were manufactured in 2019. Play club responded through the authentication process that the sneakers they had prepared for me to receive were in fact worn and used. They offered me a 15% discount off the sneakers which I thought was ridiculous and asked me if I wanted to go another direction which I did and I told him I wanted a full refund now I can't get in contact with anybody. For company that handles expensive sneakers on a regular regular basis that are at least $200 plus you would think they have a phone number to get in contact with customers are given the upmost respect and assurance for their investment.. I had to reach out to my bank and tell them to dispute the charge because nobody would respond to me as far as canceling my order. And this is going on seven days in. The process was horrible, and the experience was as well.
I definitely wouldnt recommend this company I purchased shoes that was fake Infrared ****** 6 my first time wearing this shoe in less than hour the sole came off both shoes they started deteriorating I only had them a week but my first time that was the problem they tell me after they worn there is nothing they can do all sales final my shoes look like I had them for months I paid $236 n some change how does a sole come off in less than a hour in you tryn tell me they are authentic ??I could post pictures but dont see how they are not trying to accommodate me in any way
Bought 2002r protection pack phantoms, received shoes & trusted company originally, so i snipped the tag. However, after watching a few videos of the shoes I noticed differences in material and had the shoes be checked by an expert. Inevitably they were fake(should have suspected this when they were shipped from *********). Company is dog s*** and shouldnt be allowed to do this, especially when they have literal experts check the shoes before delivery.

This is the worst site ever. My husband's birthday is coming up and I wanted to get him some Jordan's that he likes. I placed the order and made my payment with the excitement of how surprised he would be, just to get an email a few days later saying that my order was cancelled with no reason why. I used the last that I had to get them so I can't try to order him any other shoes because I'm still waiting for my refund. I will never use this site again. Such a disappointment!

I ordered some Nike Airmax 90 size 7 from Flightclub.com and when they came in I tryed the tennis on, they were too small.So I emailed them to return and they informed me they do not do returns.The Nikes haven't been worn. And why do they have on their website asking you when you order, do you want new or used?I pressed new, my Nikes didn't look new or with Nike tags just their flightclub.com ticket on them.I would never recommend this business ever to anyone!

Sent me returned used shoe that where missing part of the zipper sbut this business DOWN They also stole the money after I returned them I have to file a civil suite now and I will be asking for my stolen money, time, pain and suffering and court cost. DONT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS YOULL REGRET IT

Tonsssss of sneakers, cool vibe, helpful staff and a great selection. There are some shoes that are reasonably priced and others that were way out of my league. But that's the be expected in that kind of place. It's a cool NYC sneaker place, no frills, just shoes. But a fun place to explore. Worth checking out and then walking around the area for lunch if you're in the mood.
I ordered shoes from this company but never received them. I ordered through Klarna so they took money out of my account as scheduled although I contacted them and informed them that I had not received my order. I was sent a photo of a package that was taken somewhere in a dark place. My place for package delivery is very well lit and a code must be sent to my phone once delivered in order to retrieve my packages. I never received a code, when I contacted this company about the delay of delivery I was told that it had been delivered. I told them that I never received a code to enter the package room thats when they sent that picture. Im still waiting for my package or my money back.

Do not ever purchase anything from this company they are a "FRAUD" I order from them in error and they mailed me some previous returned broken garbage shoe. Order number ******* I tried to return them 1st day and they refuse to except the return because they are scamming me sending me a garbage pair of shoes already OBVIOUSLY RETURNED. Now they refuse to except them in PERFECTLY MEVER WORN ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHES TO THEIR TRASH. Total scam! I have to file a civil suit to return them DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANIES TRASH RETURNS!
