I ordered shoes from this company but never received them. I ordered through Klarna so they took money out of my account as scheduled although I contacted them and informed them that I had not received my order. I was sent a photo of a package that was taken somewhere in a dark place. My place for package delivery is very well lit and a code must be sent to my phone once delivered in order to retrieve my packages. I never received a code, when I contacted this company about the delay of delivery I was told that it had been delivered. I told them that I never received a code to enter the package room thats when they sent that picture. Im still waiting for my package or my money back.

I bought a pair of Jordan *** from Flight Club that I could of gotten from Footlocker for $200 + tax but Flight Club had them cheaper or so I thought. From $143 they went up to $206. When I opened the box the box with the shoes in them was beat up the paper on the inside was ripped and the shoes were missing the size stickers on the inside of the shoe. The jump man on the tongues is missing a whole foot and he's got a fat leg. I ordered the shoes in size 10 and they feel way bigger than a size 10. I emailed Flight Club today and if they don't get back to me and take these shoes back and refund me my money I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau

Was shipped shoes made of foam that I never ordered

I ordered a pair of retro Jordans 11 cherry red size 12 in mens and paid Flight Club & $328.00 they sent me the wrong shoe in a size 14. They dont even have a phone number to speak to anyone. Theyve ripped me off.

I need to bring attention to an issue that I have been facing with Flight Club. I sent my shoes to be sold, and they received them on 3/25/2024. However, it's been a month since then, and they still have no idea where my shoes are. The customer service I have been in contact with via email keeps telling me that the issue has not yet been resolved. Despite my follow-**** they have not taken any steps toward finding my shoes or reimbursing me for the loss. I have even provided them with my receipt to claim reimbursement but to no avail. This is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to be taken to locate my shoes and provide me with a fair resolution. I regret trusting Flight Club with my shoes and advise others to be cautious before sending their footwear to this company.

Preordered a pair of ****** ********* X DUNK HIGH SB 'NAVAJO ARTS'. They canceled my order only to **** the price up 4x higher. Crooks.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and paid for shipping. The website did not list this item as a "SALE" item. When I reached out to their Support Team to request an EXCHANGE, they said that the exchange would not be possible and that they would, in fact, allow a return. I returned the shoes (and paid for the shipping) for them to never give me my money back! They just stopped responding. Unfortunately, my card was compromised so my card and account were closed. ******************** customer support said that it would be refunded to me by my bank (which is not true because the bank never received the money). DON'T EVERRRRRR BUY FROM FLIGHT CLUB

They are selling counterfeit products, charging customers more to check if authentic, ship out anyway and refuse to take any accountability. Authentic Nikes do not have BRIGHG NEON GREEN SOLES. Additionally my husband purchased a pair of Pandas which were ALSO FAKE. The collar lining and tag are white when authentic pandas are black. They refuse to assist with customer service and only wish to push out these fake shoes in hoping to scam customers. I dont care for a response from the company. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE

I would not recommend anyone to purchase any tennis shoes here. First it took more than three weeks to ship. After I followed up multiple times, they sent the wrong shoes. Now I have been waiting for the last three weeks for them to send me the address to return them, and no answer.
