This crew has moved me 6 times in the last 15 years for work and various reasons.
I have moved around the world for work and family, and I also work closely with multiple van lines for work, but nothing compares to this crew. After 6 moves, final one completed last week, I have yet to find any damaged items.
This crew cares about your new place, they make sure everything is clean and the boys make sure the family members all feel safe during the work being done.
I might not need to move again anytime soon, but I will definitely get all my house work and lawn maintenance by these guys, as Sol and the boys are the real deal in Edmonton!

I took a few days to think about what a fair rating would be for the services I received on April 22, 2024 because while the overall move was accomplished, it was not as smooth and stress-free as advertised.
Pros:
- The price was upper-mid range, not so low as to be suspicious and not so high that it was unaffordable.
- No hidden/ additional charges and exact calculation of travel time. Other movers had additional charges such as a fuel surcharge, insurance surcharge, bed cover charge and charged a minimum of 1 hour as travel time.
- The moving staff were quick, friendly, and able.
- None of our items were damaged and no walls/flooring were damaged during the move.
- The pre-move assessment was thorough and their estimate was accurate.
Cons:
- The move was erroneously scheduled for 10am. I had it scheduled for 9am and even confirmed this by email 3 days before the move and was assured that we were "golden" for 9am on April 22. This was incredibly stressful because my messages (call, text, email) requesting an update on the morning of my move were not answered until my husband kept calling their office number until someone picked up. Also, I moved to a small building where there is only one elevator and a number of residents have limited mobility, so I was very conscious of how people would be inconvenienced and I wanted to make the elevator was not held longer than absolutely necessary.
Neither here nor there:
- It seemed like the movers were not very efficient. They moved almost everything by hand rather than use a dolly for the heavier and fragile items. I'm not a moving professional, so I don't know if this how it's usually done but in all my previous moves, the movers would use dollies and hand carts for boxes and bins for efficiency and to make sure box bottoms didn't drop out. Maybe it's because we had few things? Idk. In the end they completed the move in just under 2 hours (from a 600sqft apartment to a 1000sqft apartment).
I was given a discount on the final bill for their error (~30 minutes worth) which I appreciate.
Bottom line: would I recommend them? I would recommend them with reservations. If not for the scheduling error, I would have given them four stars.
