Seek another company! Horrible experience. Hidden fees despite being told there were none. Was supposed to have 6 people and 3 large trailers between 8-10am. After numerous calls, 4 ended up showing up at 2pm with 1 large and 1 small trailer. At the end of the day, I still had a garage, shed, house full of guy and 1/2 a storage unit remaining. I was told customer service wanted to cancel the contract and have me rebid another day. They under estimated and under resourced the job, and ridiculously overcharged me without attempting to provide any solution to the partial move. After numerous calls and emails, I was partially credited. I am still overcharged by almost $1,000. I had to hire other movers to complete my move!

This crew has moved me 6 times in the last 15 years for work and various reasons. I have moved around the world for work and family, and I also work closely with multiple van lines for work, but nothing compares to this crew. After 6 moves, final one completed last week, I have yet to find any damaged items. This crew cares about your new place, they make sure everything is clean and the boys make sure the family members all feel safe during the work being done. I might not need to move again anytime soon, but I will definitely get all my house work and lawn maintenance by these guys, as Sol and the boys are the real deal in Edmonton!
