Verified Company
They've done shady things. Cause a TON of MISCOMMUNICATION, LIED and STILL haven't given me copies of the paperwork that has my signature on it. Don't get me wrong. I am completely thankful for what they did in the beginning which I thought was for me and my family but to play like they don't know anything and to place my family and I in a rat. Yes RAT and MOLD infested home and then tried to volunteer my boyfriend to paint and do maintenance around the house for what to cover up the stuff that's wrong and then what we get blamed for it. Yeah not happening. It was reported on multiple occasions and because we went above them, they closed our case with them. Like I said I am thankful for what they have done for my family but to put me and my family in a situation which now will be back in the situation we were in before we went to them. If I could give separate reviews, I would because of the fact that one specific individual has been nothing but loving, caring and has given me all the guidance that I had needed throughout this whole time. But I would still like copies of the paperwork that I signed which I've asked for from the day we stepped in there.
