I had an amazing experience with FlatRate! The three men (I only remember one name Carlos) were incredibly fast, professional, and friendly. Their work exceeded my expectations, and I'll be recommending FlatRate to anyone in need of a moving company.

Moving is so stressful, but Flat Rate made it a smoother process from start to finish. I had my things in a storage unit with Flat Rate for over a year. Payments and communication were always consistent. Then I hired them to move all my things long distance and that was also a great experience. Shout out to Adil, Manny, and my mover for quick and easy communication. Flat Rate services are worth the money. Reliable, transparent, and professional. Thank you again for all your help!

The company’s communication is horrible on all fronts; both with the customer and between the office and the moving teams. If you want clear, consistent communication to confirm the details of a move you spent $5k on, I guess that’s too much to ask from Flatrate. Their app has so many technical issues that caused errors in my contract that I had to pay extra hundreds of dollars for on the move to fix, such as entering the amount of flights of stairs as “0” when I vividly remember entering 4 when filling out my paperwork. The lead member of the moving team was immediately nasty and rude towards myself and my roommate on the day of the move. They also managed to deliver the entirely wrong items to the wrong addresses on a two-stop move, despite the items being sorted. To top it all off, they broke several things and I am missing parts of my furniture. If you care about yourself, your time, your energy and your belongings, do not use this company. Also conspiracy theory: I am 99% sure that the majority of these positive google reviews are faked by the company themselves because of how they are all worded the same, but on other websites the rating is lower and the reviews seem way more genuine. Just saying.

Three moves with Flat Rate have all been good to great, vastly better experiences than Piece of Cake as well as better value. Most recent with Mile Vukovic was exceptional. Professional, fast, courteous, couldn't ask for anything more.

From the sales VP Dejon Reid to Stephan’s moving team. They were all amazing. Great prices and awesome people. You get up to the minute info on where your truck is. Emails regarding any info needed from us. COI in a timely manner. And did all this in a weeks notice. They ensure everything is set in order to have your move run smoothly. And it did. Communication. From start to finish. I highly recommend them for your office or residential moves. They are professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently engaged the services of FlatRate moving and my overall experience was incredibly disappointing. From the outset, they demonstrated a lack of care for customers, and their service fell far below expectations. Not only did they charge extra money without any transparent explanation, but they also failed to uphold promises they made during the initial agreement. The level of service provided was abysmal, with no apparent regard for the stress and challenges that come with moving. To add to the frustration, I was charged twice for their services, highlighting serious issues with their billing processes. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of professionalism. In summary, my encounter with FlatRate moving was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and explore alternative options to avoid the numerous pitfalls I encountered.

Excellent move. Quality all the way. The 2 guys were on time, worked promptly and neatly. Wrapped all my furniture very thoroughly and I was very impressed. Kept in touch with my during travel to other location. Great communication and excellent service. Stephan was truly a great person and worked very well with his helper. This is the second time I’ve used Flat Rate Moving and the value and price can’t be beat.
