Called Andy regarding an issue with my laptop's charging port which made it nearly impossible to charge it, the process was short and simple: I sent it in the following day and picked it up the next. Andy was kind and helpful throughout the process and is clearly knowledgeable about laptops, assuring me that he knows what he is doing; he was also kind enough to clean the internal fans which were clogged with dust free of charge. The service provided was wonderful and affordable, and I will certainly be calling Andy for future repairs.

Was very pleased with my experience with Fix My Tech. Initially 2 of my laptops were assessed without charge. The 1st one needed some work which was then done at a reasonable cost & now works well. The advice for the 2nd laptop was that it was not worth fixing as the cost would be better used buying a replacement. When I next have laptop problems I will use Fix My Tech again.

Quick, great tech report after fixing the issue explaining what was wrong exactly, polite, professional.. 5 stars without any hesitation. However, i think the cost was a bit too high. It could have been a little less, would have made a difference with me. But to be honest, I didn’t negotiate the price, i just paid. Big thanks to Andy.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Andy was great, had the personal 1-2-1 touch with me the whole process from talking about what I was after to sourcing a battery and when it arrived to break downs of what he would do and provided pictures of examples and then once complete also provided evidence of my laptop before and after to show the difference. Upon collecting Andy went through stress test in front of me and talked about what he was doing and looking for and explained what and why and translated for me to understand, which all in all was great to see and experience and all at a great cost. Very impressed with the service I have been given! I phoned Andy in the morning about a month ago, initially with a problem of a heat warning on my pc. Came round the same afternoon, took my pc away and gave it a thorough clean - overnight - and brought back the following morning. A lot quieter and overheating problem resolved. Arranged for him to do a complete update on my system, while I was away on holiday - all successful and delivered back after hols and set up. Very professional and competent and would certainly recommend to anyone with a computer issue!

I felt Andy went above and beyond to try and fix my Chromebook. But unfortunately it was financially not worth fixing so he found me options to buy something similar that met all of my needs. I was informed all the time about what he could/couldn't do to help, and I instantly felt he was a knowledgeable and trustworthy person. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Andy to anybody who needs some tech help.

Computer died over the weekend and gave him a call Sunday afternoon to check if he was able to work on it , awesome and accommodating fella who knows his stuff ! Took it over to him about 15 mins after the call and got essentially a complete rebuild completed in around 3 days ! He’s a subject matter expert and a wizard ! 5 star will 100% go back to again with any issues

I found Andy in the internet and I decided to bring him my laptop because I saw all good reviews from other people. I am very satisfied with his work, my laptop had a screen issue, and that very same day he told me what the problem was. He communicated well throughout the entire process. My laptop looks like a new one now. I would take my laptop to him again if I had another issue because of his quick service and skills. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, went above and beyond. Price extremely reasonable for a laptop that snapped in half. Spent over 30 minutes after collection to show how to access updates for Dell, battery life, tidied up my pins and set preferred browser. Very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Andy made a great job of fixing my computer, he did ridiculous hours to make sure that it was useable for a luddite like myself. He not only replaced the internal hard drive, he reconfigured it without loosing any of my information and battled it out with my broadband provider to retreave my emails from a split account. He's particularly attentive in making sure it's how you want it. Brilliant.

Was amazing with fixing my pc was willing to help on short notice giving excellent service kept me updated through the whole process explaining anything I didn't understand even cleaned and tidied my pc case for me was reasonably priced for the work required and gave a quick turn around very friendly and easy to talk to a good job done and will happily return for any more tech issues I have.
