The service from start to finish has been world class, truly goes to show that you can't get everything online. We are delighted with our new fireplace from the guys at fireplace world.
We built a media wall with tv etc and the fire is what makes it.
Mike gave us great advice when deciding what one would be ideal for our plans, they have a big selection so we needed a bit of guidance to narrow it down.

We have had great service from this business, from the initial visit to the showroom, discussion about the design, and then the installation on September 17th 2021 of a gas fire. Patrick listened well, so that the design realised was exactly to our wishes, and came on the day of installation when replacement parts were required, so that the installation wasn't delayed. Steve, the gas engineer was careful, friendly and tidy, so that the family was able to enjoy a cosy fire on a cool late summer's evening. If it was possible to give more stars, more would be given with thanks to the team for a very positive experience.
We bought our fireplace from here. Staff very helpful and friendly. They have some beautiful fires here. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend a visit to their lovely showroom

I bought a Studio Slimline Metro , the expertise shown by the staff was really good.
The only down fall I had was when the fire was fitted ,which I paid a lot of money to have it fitted in the first place (£545)was when i came home the surround required plastering around the frame which I presumed the fitters would have organised for this to be carried out.
But when I contacted the showroom they said I would have to get this work done by myself and at my own cost (another £120) as fitters didn't do plastering which was so disappointing and costly.
Just had fire fitted following visit to the showroom. Can’t praise this company highly enough. Mike was so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous it was a real pleasure to have him deal with our order. Ha e used this company at a previous house and would always recommend Fireplace World to anyone.
Well what can I say?? From the minute my family and I walked in the door of this company we had the happiest, most positive experience.

This review is from my mother who is an elderly lady. The owner of the company and all staff that we dealt with were so kind to this old lady.
Her own gas fire had broken down and she was upset, she was put at ease, at Fireplace World everything was clearly explained to her by Mike and she happily ordered her new fire & fireplace.
The gas engineer /fitter were so good, did a wonderful job and kept my mum laughing while they fitted the fireplace.
After sales were also wonderful and I would recommend this company to everyone.
I priced fires/fireplaces and for the quality of goods that we purchased from Fireplace World it was worth every penny.

Absolutely 1st class from the moment you walk threw the door customer service is top drawer bought our fireplace within 5 mins of walking threw the door keep up the exepional work
