My 4.5 year old has been doing MMA at Fight Foundation since he turned 3 and it’s been amazing for him! In additional to all of the physical skills he’s learned, it’s taught him how to listen, how to behave in a group setting, how to make friends and socialize with other kids his age, how to follow a schedule/routine, I could go on and on! Sifu Cherry always makes the class fun for the peewees and introduces new games all the time to keep them engaged. My son loves it and we can’t wait to sign our younger son up once he’s old enough!

We love Sifu Cherry And Sifu Paul, their whole team has always been awesome with us. My son has been with the fight foundation for a few years now. I signed him up because I was tired of my son coming home upset from being physically bullied with little consequences from the school. They've really helped my son with his confidence and bullying is no longer an issue. He's never had to use his MMA skills outside the studio but it's reassuring knowing my son has the tools he needs to defend himself if he's ever in a ugly situation or outnumbered. We can't always be there to protect our kids but you can give them the upper hand. MMA teaches more than just self defense its given my son goals to strive for and discipline outside my household. Thanks again Fight Foundation we love being on your team!

Respect, discipline, athleticism, courage, self-defense, and yes- even fun! These are all things my daughter has gained and experienced at Fight Foundation. The staff is tough, but also caring. The lessons are hard, but the skills are so valuable. If you are looking for a marital arts studio that imparts all of the traditional lessons but also teaches practical self-defense that could be used if need be- Fight Foundation is the place for you!

My kids started with Fight Foundation several years ago. They are currently first degree brown belts. When they started they were shy and timid. They now have so much confidence in their ability and I have confidence that they can defend themselves. I am very impressed with how Sifu Cherry runs each class. She controls the class and teaches respect and discipline. Putting my kids in MMA was one of the best decisions we made!

Ive been training for well over 35 yrs and just finished my last treatment for cancer which is in remission and i wanted some kick ass conditioning...If you want to curse out you're teacher you know there doing there job...Great place and ill be a loyal student...
