We chanced upon Joleen while browsing insta and felt her designs suited our taste. Coincidentally one of her projects also turn out to be our friend‘s who shared his experience with us. Joleen was the last ID we met after meeting several and we are glad we went with her. We appreciate her patience to explain all our doubts and queries, and the various changes we make along the way. Our house turned out exactly how we wanted, light and airy. We love the displays cabinets she created for us, especially how she managed to incorporate our Legos display without overwhelming the scandi feel we wanted. Highly recommend Joleen and will definitely engage her again in the future.

Jolin from fifth avenue was extremely patience and helped me bring my ideas to life, with a modern touch. The workmanship from the wooden ceiling to the limewash paint was impeccable. Her advices were extremely helpful/honest and having her to coordinate the whole process makes the whole renovation exciting instead of stressful. Honestly a very disappointing experience. Went all the way down to Ubi for a quotation. Got ghosted by the ID after. Could have told me directly if my Reno amount is too small for you to take up the project instead of wasting people’s time. Also what’s the point of the standard reply from the company in the other 1 star reviews below. Can you return me my time wasted?!!

My wife and I contacted Fifth Avenue and Jolin was picked by them as my ID. She provided professional service and advice based on our requirements. She follows up on instructions given in detail and closely communicated with the contractors. She is able to accommodate different needs with flexibility. She gave us valuable suggestions, variety options of materials, texture and colors. We are satisfied with the design and service provided by both Jolin and the contractors.

We have met up with various IDs and the hunt was a tedious and tiring process. Audrey's proposal on the design and space planning stood out the most to us among all the IDs and we were so glad that we had met her. As first-time home owners, we had tons of questions along the way but Audrey was patient with us and was always ready to provide her professional advice and suggestions. She also has a good eye for aesthetic details and is able to deliver what we had envisioned for our first home. There were a few hiccups here and there during the renovation but Audrey and her team were quick to resolve them. Probably the only complaint we had was towards the painters, where we believe there is room for improvement. Other than that, the quality of work is good, especially their carpentry works! We are glad that we engaged Jay Ng as our ID to build our home. As first-time home owner, we had many ideas in our minds and glad that Jay managed to help us to realise it through his masterful use of colour shades, practical ideas/designs and materials during the entire renovation period. Although there are hiccups/disputes during the renovation period, Jay ensured all issues are resolved at the end of the day, which we are very grateful for. Workmanship by the Fifth Avenue carpentry team is excellent as we can feel the build quality in the work. Administrative financial paper works were properly done up and accounted for as well. Shout-out to Ivan for being a great agent, was friendly and patient with our inquiries. During our past 2 meet ups, he was also nice to walk us through the various designs and materials options in their showroom, such as table tops, vinyl and fluted panels. We've spent many hours discussing on renovation design ideas and have also gained many insight from him. Kudos for his hardwork.

From the moment we 1st met Ivan, even before we committed to anything, something that stood out was his commitment to service and giving his clients what they want. Throughout the renovation, he was always making time for us and we would even find him supervising & overseeing the contractors on Sundays when we paid surprise visits. He was always very patient & understanding, even when we changed our plans a few times and would explain everything to us clearly. His after-sales service is just as impressive. Even now, 1 month after the completion of the renovation, when we face any problems with anything, he not only addresses them immediately but rushes down to our place (even after office-hours) to personally look into it. We just had a problem with our bathroom plumbing and he rushed down at about 9 pm and inspected it before getting the plumber down the next day. We will definitely highly recommend him to anyone looking for a committed & dependable ID.

Four months into our new home and we are still loving every aspect of it! It was overall a very stress-free, enjoyable and smooth renovation journey and we couldn't have asked for a better ID! Engaged Fifth Avenue after looking through some of their works in IG and FB. Working with Vina and her team for the renovation journey was really good. Some succinct points: - prompt response and updates from ID, very important because all your queries are answered and followed up - great practical solutions with good delivery - good carpentry quality( in general its 85% before touch ups) 95% after - renovation is never perfect but they prompt with touch ups and adjustments All 4 points were met by Vina and her team. Her designs and measurements were accurate to expectation, her ability to draw on the spot during discussions were good, sub cons and carpentars are experienced delivering high quality finishes. Every step of the journey feels like the partnership is strong and always getting the correct update. Will reccommend the company and ID if you want a pleasant renovation experience
