Very bad experience from Karingachira branch. My daughter was a minor and they never informed about taking passport of parents for verification. Also they didn't inform of producing a form with the other parent's sign when only a single parent is accompanying the child. Finally father went in the morning and mother in the afternoon had to rush there before 4 pm as application was on hold. Please don't misguide others.

I had given my certificates for doing CES . This process takes time and I request them to make it fast. They told i will take upto 40 days . but they already completed the procedures from their side.All thanks to Krishna Priya who helped to understand each and every-step. and she replied instantly for our messages . Urogulf is very good in their services.. Their staffs are down to earth while explaining something especially one mam named Anagha was the person who helped me the the whole time.. The process was completed very quick, I'd say probably less than 6 days... I wasn't in a hurry tho, but I somehow received it early so that I can concentrate on other things from now on. Their service is mostly through whatsapp which I found really convenient. Overall, great experience, would recommend 100%.
