This gentleman is simply unhappy I told him he didn't have a case and I could not help him. He had already filed his own lawsuit on his own which not surprisingly had been dismissed and he was looking for a lawyer to help him try again on a contingent fee basis. Also, he paid the local Bar Association through the lawyer referral program. Sometimes, taking these Bar Association referrals becomes more trouble than it is worth.
