This company was not qualified to renovate bathrooms late in 2024 when I dealt with them, as a check on QBCC website will verify. The Contract was broken by them from the beginning, asking for 25% deposit. What stopped work was the Wateproofing, which failed a proper Inspection and in due time would have presented problems which would not have been covered by insurance. The materials they used were the cheapest quality yet their quote did not reflect a cheaper price. Unfortunately we did not get as far as the tiling so cannot comment on Satchmo's quality of tiling, but his waterproofing definitely did not pass, and really that is the most important part of a bathroom renovation.
Love my new whole house floor tile installation. Well done to Satchmo, Troy and the lads for doing such a great job on my floors. We’ve had previous, average tilers in the past but this team are fabulous. Lovely lads who have a great work ethic. No stress, no worries, no mess tilers. Satchmo and his team were absolutely awesome! Their quality of work, customer service and final product exceeded our expectations. Matt and his team came highly recommended to us. Undertaking a renovation in a new location, our previous guys being unavailable to us, we nervously started looking around for other contractors.
Our fears were quickly put aside. Matt and his boys set the job out, allowed our input and genuinely listened to our thoughts on the final build. Being happy with the outcome is an understatement. The whole dynamic of the home has been changed up to a high level of finish.

Satchmo and his crew did an amazing job with our bathroom. A big thank you to Feeney's Tiling for the excellent job on our new patio, the communication from Rebecca was excellent and the priced quote was very well priced, they even went that little further when accepting additional last minute work requests to their credit.
Matt and the boys on the day worked well into the night to complete the job to an excellent standard and were very informative, prompt and courteous.
