Please note that they are a completely separate business with no connection to us whatsoever. If you purchased from us, we kindly ask that you remove your review from their page. That said, we’d like to clarify a few points:
1. The e-scooter brands we sell are not manufactured by us. They are internationally recognized and reputable brands from Europe, the USA, Canada, and more. We have been resellers of these brands for over five years, with consistently high customer satisfaction regarding their quality and durability.
2. Brakes are wearable parts, and their lifespan depends entirely on usage and riding/braking habits. Since we cannot find any sales records under your name, we are unsure what “soon” means in your case. Brakes do not fail suddenly unless the brake pads are completely worn out. Replacing brake pads typically costs around $20, so we are unclear why you mentioned paying $120.
To better understand and assist you, please provide details such as your receipt, date of purchase, order number (if ordered online), and the brand/model of your scooter. With this information, we can properly investigate and help resolve any issues if the purchase was indeed made with us.
