You bought a second-hand scooter for a very good price, which you used for about eight months. After that, you brought it in, and we checked it thoroughly, test-riding it many times. It did not fail as it had dual safety locks in position. You left your scooter with us after it was fixed for months and did not pick it up despite many reminder calls, stating that you were sick. Finally, when you came to pick it up, you revealed that you did not want the scooter anymore and were interested in a bike. Considering our high standards of customer service and your situation, we went the extra mile and offered you a brand new, expensive e-bike at a very unreal price that you requested. We took the scooter back after you had used it for so long, credited you the full amount, and provided the bike at half its price. I remember asking you, "How can I make you happy?" to which you replied, "Give me the bike for the price," which was totally unrealistic. Yet, I agreed, only to make you happy. That day, we took a significant loss to accommodate your condition. Unfortunately, I regret my decision that day, as sometimes giving extra favors backfires. Lastly, you are blatantly lying about your bike. You came with your bike for the first time today, and your brake pads were totally worn out, which we showed you right away. We changed them immediately despite your rude and abusive behavior toward our staff. No one here knows you; they only read your text. I am sorry if you are unhappy with your life. We tried our best and actually regret and are disappointed about going those extra miles for you to provide the best customer service. We are rightly banning you from our store and will not provide any service to you from now on. I hope no business has to deal with such a disrespectful, rude, and greedy person like you.
