Ric was the best when it came down to helping me buy my first home! He was super patient and was with me every step of the way throughout the entire process from A-Z. He even helped me negotiate for sellers credit so I could buy down my interest rate even in as tough of a market it is, which I later learned that it was practically impossible at the time! Everything was smooth sailing, I can’t recommend him enough!

Ric is awesome! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with every part of our home purchase. He helped us close on a house that had multiple other offers, and was always available to talk or meet with us at a time that was convenient for us. Everything went so smooth. Let's face it, moving itself is a daunting task. It's just as difficult finding a quality realtor that you feel comfortable with.
