Sebastian was a pleasure to work with ! He was able to explain every single piece to the home buying process! As a first time home buyer with my husband, Sebastian made the process easy, fast and fun! From setting up an initial meet and greet to get to know us , to having a sit down home buying conversation, to sending us a thorough report of homes that may fit what we are looking for. He was always available to answer any questions or doubts. He was thorough in his answers and always gave us the time of day. Sebastian was literally available 24/7 for logistical questions or when we fell into fear. He guided us in the right direction every time ! The best part was how easy going Sebastian and his team are ! They are very talented in what they do and we would 1000% recommend him and his team!

Almost 8 months, searching for the perfect match. I have a very busy life, and he was able to adjust our schedules for letting me enjoy this house hunting.
