I would absolutely recommend Jing to anyone looking to buy a property in the SF Bay Area! My wife and I were first time home buyers and could not have asked for a better agent. She will go extremely out of her way to make the buying process as easy as possible for the buyer and ALWAYS keeps your best interests in mind. She is so responsive, weekday weekend, day or night. During the process, it never felt like Jing was pressuring us to buy - she always gave us honest feedback. She also is extremely well connected - we ended up working with her recommendation for loan agent, contractor, insurance, etc. and they've all been superb as well. You are in great hands with Jing. Jing showed us a Mission Bay property that was yet-to-be re-listed (the initial listing did not yield a sale). Jing knew the listing agent personally and learned that the seller was eager to re-list after staging. Jing got us a viewing before staging, before the property hit the market a second time. Buying a condo in SF is complicated, I'm glad I had Jing on my side. I had zero real estate knowledge and decided to buy this summer as the interest rates were low. I got connected with Jing via Zillow and she was able to guide me through the entire process from there. I was pretty vague in what I was looking for and Jing was able to translate that into various properties in the city. She was also awesome at setting up tours efficiently on weekends and line up all the properties.
