We have used Fast Ice the last 2 times in florida for cruise transfers and are planning another trip this September. We will NEVER use another service! Clean cars professional drivers and extremely courteous service , they are THE BEST !!!! I promised I would call you again this year Ariel !!! See you in september!!!

We were transferred from Miami İnt. Airport to our hotel by Fast Ice Limousine Service,Mr.Antonio Coipel for our arrival (13.09.2023) and departure (20.09.2023) There is a five hour delay at our arrival flight to Miami. Fast Ice Limousine Service and our driver Mr.Antonio Coipel followed the flight and meet Us at the airport,They didn't ask for extra fee. Mr.Antonio Coipel helped Us for our luggages, He helped Us during our car rental at Sixt even he came to garage with me to take the car. During our return flight They were on time, Mr.Antonio Coipel helped Us till the customs.During the check-in we had some weight problems with the luggages, He helped us to balance them. We would like to appreciate our thanks to Fast Ice Limousine Service and especially to our driver Mr.Antonio Coipel.

I have been looking for reliable private transportation services for my clients and heard some good things about Fast Ice and decided to have my clients try them out this past week. We had 3 different private transfers set up through them and they went flawlessly. From the clients perspective they said everything was BEYOND EXPECTATION. From the Travel Agents perspective I loved the continuous communication. letting me know that they saw the flight delay, picking them up and letting me know each time client was on board and sending the "final" notification when client was dropped off for each private transfer. Since we had 3 transfers set up, the company kept the same driver for all 3 of the transfers, that way it was a comfort level to the client knowing the driver already. Great Job highly recommend.
