Easygoing and sharp with a great positive attitude. She were interested in looking a unit and she went above and beyond. Went out of her way to show us 2 more units in the complex that we didn't know about. Definitely recommend her!

What can we say about Vee The Realtor- except nothing but praise and fabulous things! Vee not only assisted in finding my Wife and I our first place together, but she made the process so flawless and as painless as possible! We had our initial call with Vee on 6/26/2023. On that call, she allowed us to ask questions, we got to know each other’s backgrounds, and we just needed to know if we would vibe. At the end of our conversation- we knew we found our realtor! It was the attention to detail that really confirmed that Vee was awesome. On our first showing, she brought donuts because I had mentioned, during our initial call, that my Wife gets “hangry” sometimes if she’s not fed after a long period of time. Vee did not let that happen! She paid attention of our needs culturally, family wise, and of course, financially. We closed on our home on 8/29/2023. Vee listened to us, was flexible with our schedule, and most importantly, was HONEST. If something was not realistic she did not waste our time. She was an advocate for us, helping us save money on our first home. She was available to our calls, texts, and emails and was very prompt in her responses. If you are looking to buy and/or sell your home, my Wife and I cannot recommend Vee enough. In making one of the biggest decisions of our lives, Vee made it fun, as stress free as she possible, and it was such a blessing for her to enter our lives. You WILL NOT regret working such a genuine, hard working, and knowledgeable realtor! Vee was just is just not our realtor, she is not a friend for life!

We found our home and made an offer in about a week. All together, from our offer to closing, to where we had keys in our hands, it took about 3 weeks. Vee is a great person to work with. We had a short credit history since we recently moved to the US and most banks rejected us, but Vee managed to find a broker who got us approved with a lender and she walked us through the whole process. She is responsive and accommodates to your needs. If you need that little spark of good luck in your home search, Vee is just what you need.

Before Vee, We had been working with a different realtor for a year. Placing bids with no contingency and overriding and not winning the bids. It was discouraging so we stop looking for few months. While scrolling on Instagram, we seen Vee winning bids, so we placed and inquiring for a consultant. We sent her a few houses that we liked and she worked very fast to get the information. We looked at 1 house and at 8pm and we were sold. The next day she told us we won the bid! Her negotiation skills are unbelievable! She is very responsive and educated us through the process and explain everything. She is personable, so the experience wasn't stressful at all. We became home owners of our dream home within 30 days of seeing the house. The whole process was very smooth! We can't thank Vee enough for making our dreams come true. Thank you for taking us every step of the way and working towards our best interests. We definitely will recommend her to all of our friends and family.
