Contacted Ms. Rivas about a listing a few months back. Our experience wasn’t the most professional/favorable. She failed to show for our tour of the property and when we rescheduled for later the following week she showed up over 45 minutes late. I hate to leave bad reviews but hopefully Ms. Rivas will take this as a learning experience. We found another realtor who was able to accommodate and we now have a beautiful condo.
