We first started working with Pamala around Sept, 2011. Over a period of 8 months, we must have seen about 40 houses and then finally settled on the one we bought. During our search, Pamala made every effort to co-ordinate with us for our visits. We were looking for a house in Pleasanton and lived in Santa Clara; knowing that both me and my husband worked and lived far away, she always planned, keeping our schedule in mind. She was always very patient, and never rushed us. She never used any sales pitch and had our best interest at heart. Being in the business for some time, she has a fabulous understanding of the market, the local area/community and the needs of the buyer. She gave an honest opinion whenever we asked her for one. Once we put an offer on the house, she regularly followed up with the listing agent, giving us prompt feedback. She answered all our questions and provided us with other materials wherever feasible. The house we were were buying was in short sale, and at one point, we had given up on it due to the complexities for the process. Knowing how much I liked the house and how long we had been looking for, Pamala rationally reasoned the situation with me, convincing me to continue. She definitely made our dream a reality. Because she has been in the real estate market for long, she has a great network and connections that were very handy when we were looking for loans, home inspectors and listing agents. I would highly recommend Pamala to anyone who is looking for an agent. Her personal skills, professional knowledge and down-to-earth personality make her a delight to work with.
