Martin did a phenomenal job with my home search - you won't want anybody else in your corner! We explored a variety of properties (condos, townhomes, and SFH) in different cities (as far north as El Cerrito and south as Fremont), and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process until I determined which was the best fit for me. When we came across the property I absolutely adored, Martin was excellent in communicating and negotiating with the seller's agent to ensure we went in with a robust offer, and we were given the opportunity to submit a counteroffer that snagged me my dream home in a competitive market. But it didn't stop there - throughout the blitz known as the closing process, he kept me informed on next steps and when I was unable to shift focus away from work, he would own communication with the loan and escrow officers. Really glad we got to work together and I can't speak highly enough of Martin's work ethic, knowledge, and patience. Thanks Martin!

Trying to buy or sell a home? Don’t hesitate to make Martin your “Ko-to” guy for your real estate needs!!! This was my first home purchase so I didn’t know what to expect going in, but Martin and his team came in clutch and made the experience seamless. Firstly, he started off by sending me a super helpful list of specific action items so I could best position myself to get approved for a mortgage and ensure I have enough funds for the down payment. Then, we had an initial consultation via a virtual meeting and he and his colleague Brittany educated me thoroughly about the process, including parties involved, real estate specific jargon, and timeline for each step. Knowing that this was my first purchase, he was quick to connect me to a couple mortgage brokers so I could shop around for the best rate. He asked me specific questions about what kind of home I was looking for, then curated a website of available and upcoming listings that were filtered for my criteria so I didn’t have to do the work myself. When we were touring places, he did a great job of pointing out subtle details I otherwise wouldn’t have noticed. He was also comfortable with sharing his honest opinions regarding each place and provided plenty of helpful input for my consideration. I never felt like I was being pressured to commit to a place because his priority was to make sure that I was getting something that I really wanted. It felt less like a “strictly business” transaction and more like a friend guiding me through one of the most important decisions of my life. Finally, when it came time to submit an offer, he worked hard to get me the home at the price and the terms that I wanted, while also setting realistic expectations given his extensive knowledge of the process. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Martin again and will surely be contacting him again in the future if I need help with another real estate transaction!

Martin was an absolute dream to work with! I recently reached out to him to help me sell my condo. Having never gone through the process before, I did not know where to start. Martin and his team came in and made the process so simple and easy. At our first meeting, we did a walk-through and he pointed out small improvements I could make to help sell the condo. He then recommended different vendors to help complete the renovations. Throughout the process, Martin regularly checked in and provided updates on the renovations, staging, open houses, and offers. He was always available when I had questions and definitely went above and beyond my expectations of an agent. I would recommend Martin to anyone whether this is your first time buying/selling or if it's your 100th.
