I never thought purchasing a home would be so easy since it was my first time purchasing a home. Mark and David educated me on what I needed to do and took the time to understand what I was looking for. They were also very responsive to my many early morning and late night calls/emails. I was very happy with the price we landed at, their help in negotiating seller concessions towards my closing costs, and their quick service throughout. Can't recommend them enough!
