Marina knows the area SO well. She was able to give me really great advice about the locations and types of homes I should be looking for. You can really tell she has a lot of experience and preemptively answered all of my worries and anxieties about home buying. Because of some work decisions I decided now isn't the right time for me to buy, but when it is I will definitely be reaching out to Marina again.

Marina is amazing!! She helped my boyfriend and I to find our new home. I really don't think that we could have been successful in our search without her. We worked with Marina over the course of 5 months to find our first home in San Francisco. Not only did we find a great home in the end, but she held our hand throughout the entire process. She explained the intricacies of the Bay Area housing market, the history of the neighborhoods, and the strategies for searching for homes. Visiting a potential home with Marina was totally different than visiting a place alone. She asked the right questions, noticed the details, and talked with the selling agents (and often knew them personally). She was very responsive, constantly checking on the process and sending ideas. We learned an incredible amount throughout the entire process. Overall, I couldn't recommend Marina more.

I would recommend Marina to anyone looking to buy in the San Francisco area. She helped us to buy a wonderful home that we are completely happy with. She listened to what was most important to us, showed us homes that fit with what we wanted and were in our price range and then helped us to negotiate for the one we wanted and we got it!! Marina listened and was incredibly responsive, she reassured me when I was worried; she knows the area extremely well and knows where to look to get what you need! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in this area!!!

Marina was the best! She engaged us as part of the team working to meet both our financial and timeline goals. When our home hit the market, for the entire 10 days, our listing was #1 in our area! We had an enormous amount of views, saves and people coming to our open houses. We received multiple offers way over our list price and met our intended closing date with absolutely no complications. Marina guided us through the process and eased our anxiety by being goal-oriented, staying in close contact all throughout the entire process and hearing/meeting all our needs. I would give her 10 stars instead of 5 starts if that was possible. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to sell their home and do so with no worries and a great return.
