We were buying a home in the Berkeley area, but we're from out of town. Lisa found the perfect place for us and within our price range. The inventory was limited, but Lisa did an excellent job scouring the market. If you are looking for a realtor who will help you find what you're looking for, go with Lisa!

Lisa is the BEST realtor. Lisa handled the sale of our late mother's home for us. She worked with me and my sisters to renovate and ready the home for sale, and we couldn't have done it without her. Lisa's industry knowledge and contacts (including the contractors that did the work) were invaluable in our 5-day, over-asking-price sale of our mom's sweet home in a gated, active-senior-community neighborhood. Lisa was always there with suggestions, advice and ready communication of the process. I had never before sold a home and it was reassuring to have an expert on our side. Other homes in the area did not move nearly as quickly, or for as good a price. We are so grateful!
