My experience working with Lawrence was fantastic. He was very responsive, walked me through all my questions and really knows the industry. He was really patient especially dealing with the co-owner who was in Asia. He would go out of his way to help meet with potential vendors during the remodeling process, made excellent suggestions to maximize our return. During the multiple offer process he was great and very fair, he not only wanted to make sure we were getting a good price but want to make sure the buyers would be satisfied with the price they paid.
