A Bittersweet First Home Sale Selling our first home while living abroad was a bittersweet experience, and honestly, we didn’t know what to expect. We were originally working with a different realtor who wasn’t really answering our texts or emails. Zillow put us in touch with Kevin, and it was such a breath of fresh air. He immediately asked to meet and look at a few places with us. When we found the place we loved, Kevin negotiated with the seller for things we never would have thought about asking for. When we couldn’t go to a couple of walkthroughs due to being on the east coast, Kevin went in our place and was even more thorough than we would have been. I highly recommend working with Kevin!

He was prompt to answer emails, texts, and phone calls. He provided great explanations and advice to the variety of questions I had. Any issues or paperwork that arose, we were able to take care of them efficiently and positively together with the buyer. Overall, Kevin is a great person to work with, and I feel fortunate to have connected with him through Zillow.

Kevin and Team were AMAZING! He went above and beyond beyond beyond to help me sell my house. Interest rates had hit 8% and buyers were scarce. He came up with events, marketing, strategy, outreach to find buyers and get my home sold! And in that bad market I got over asking! I really liked that they have different pricing tiers so you can choose the services you want and pay the associated commission. I chose the top tier and boy did he deliver and then some! I HIGHLY recommend Kevin as a realtor who will truly be your ally and get you the best deal out there.
