Jorge and Jung Hee were excellent agents for my first home purchase. After all my research and preparations... I found out how important they were for finding my perfect home. Previous agents fell short and disappointed me. I am so lucky to have found them!

Jorge was the best realtor we could have asked for on our first home-buying experience. He was always readily available, highly informative, and punctual. Jorge smoothly guided us through the market based on our budget and provided us with options accordingly. He was highly professional, patient and an expert at managing our expectations(and anxieties, especially as first time buyers). I let my fiance take the lead in the house buying process and I am glad that she did. I first met Jorge at a house viewing he was always willing to help where he could. The first home we thought we actually were in contract with didn't have good foundation. Since I am in the construction industry, Jorge gladly helped us arrange a last minute visit to the home and he went into the crawl space with me to evaluate the foundation. He advised us to back out on the home due to the amount of money we would spend to fix the foundation and sewer lateral that the sellers were not willing to fix before closing. Luckily Jorge had the contingency on the foundation and sewer lateral inspection because we could have been stuck with that home and out thousands of dollars. Instead, we are now about to close on a home that is move-in ready. Can't recommend him enough.

I worked with Jorge and his associate to sell my home as part of a divorce settlement. Not unlike a skilled diplomat, Jorge eased negotiations along between buyer, my wife and myself. When faced with issues that would potentially derail the closing of escrow, I turned to Jorge to smooth over the concerns and reach an understanding that made all parties satisfied. We had a issue as soon as we moved in and Jorge helped us through that process in connecting with our Home Warranty. Thank goodness we still have him as a resource, we are still new to this homeowners gig. If you are looking for someone very knowledgeable, someone that will fight for your family, and also make sure you’re getting what you want You need to go with Jorge!

Jorge is the best realtor in the game! Jorge was very response to all of my questions at anytime of the day! I am 22 and do not have no knowledge about real estate. I was able to purchase my first home within 3 months!!! Very straight forward and made this whole process a walk in the park. I felt so comfortable with Jorge being my realtor , I always asked questions, asked for his opinion and so on. BEST REALTOR AND HE KNOWS HIS KNOWLEDGE LIKE NO OTHER!!
