Working with Jonathan was great experience. He was very engaged and provided service beyond other agents I had worked with in the past. Jonathans experience in construction allowed him to give me detailed and precise information regarding the homes inspections. We had severe doubts about the roof conditions of the house, Jonathan climbed the roof and was able to give me a great understanding of the conditions. This is not something many agents would do, actually this is the only agent I've ever seen or heard do this. That's when I knew Jonathan was really committed to making sure my purchase was the right one. Even after the initial inspections Jonathan answered every question I had when I would notice things in the house that I was not familiar with. He truly looked out in my best interest and his willingness to role his sleeves up to see things first hand leveraged his negotiation ability. The process With Jonathan was very assuring, fun, and overall I knew that he would not help me buy a house that he didn't believe in. Thanks to Jonathan we got the home we wanted! He stuck with us through almost 70 viewings. And 90% of them he took us to privately. Whenever we wanted to see a home Jonathan was there the next day or the day of to show us the listing. Whenever we needed him he was there. When it was time to put a offer in on the home we wanted, it’s was accepted next day through Jonathan’s excellent negotiating skills. Jonathan is very polite and professional. Jonathan did an outstanding job to help me and my husband look for a home. We kept him busy and he was super patient with us. He always communicated with us and was available when we needed him. His background on construction was beneficial to us because he always looked for anything that we would miss…a crack, something not being built right, he would even crawl into the crawl space! He has great knowledge about real estate even if he’s fairly new to it. Jonathan had great advice when it came down to us putting in offers and always had our best interest. He went above and beyond and we will miss looking at homes with him but I’m super grateful that he found us our beautiful home.
