I almost never leave a perfect review but Jeff has earned it given the exceptional job he did guiding us start to finish through a cross country move. The move involved a house sale in another state, tight timeliness, busy work schedules with both of the buyers, and all the anxiety that comes along with it. He made the sale happen even though we had very specific constraints to work within. He remained positive and coached us through market conditions and difficult decisions and exhibited an eye for detail by catching a number of issues with houses that we missed. His advice was solid and in the rare instance it ran counter to our opinions he would defer to us with no questions asked. Overall great guy that operates with quiet confidence backed up by years of experience. Despite that he still hustles like it's his first gig and he has something to prove and that's exactly the kind of traits you want in someone that is representing you with one of the largest personal investments you will make. Would absolutely recommend and will be dialing him up again in the future when the time comes to upgrade to something a bit larger.

My hectic, jam-packed work schedule made navigating the already challenging process of finding a home during the pandemic even more daunting. But Jeff was always accommodating and met me with a warm smile, no matter the time or day. I must admit that after five long months of searching, I was on the verge of putting my home search on hold. Jeff, with his unwavering optimism and determination, convinced me to give it one more shot and explore a few more homes he had lined up. Thank goodness I did! When we walked into the house that would eventually become my home, I noticed it was a bit smaller than I had envisioned. However, Jeff had a knack for spotting the hidden gems in a property. This house had everything on my wish list – the perfect number of bedrooms, a spacious kitchen area, a generous backyard, and the bonus of being situated on a corner lot. I put in the offer, and that's when Jeff truly worked his magic. I didn't hold out much hope in a market where multiple offers and bidding wars were the norm. However, Jeff's expertise and negotiation skills came to the forefront. To my surprise and delight, he called me just a week later with the incredible news that my offer had been accepted! and it wasn't even the highest one on the table, a rarity in today's real estate market. Jeff Phillips is not just a real estate agent; he's a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring professional who goes above and beyond. We are first time buyers and have just finished closing on our first house with Jeff. Throughout the whole process he has gone above and beyond to be helpful and guide us through. Right from the get go, this involved a presentation on the ins and outs of buying a home. It really helped us get to grips on the process we were undertaking and for areas that we were not so clear on (trust me, there will be a lot), he still takes the time to promptly answer your questions. Sometimes even the same question multiple times. One concern I had before buying a house was working with a realtor who's aim was to get you to purchase a house as quickly as possible so they could move onto the next client, Jeff isn't like that. If Jeff saw something wrong with a house, he'd explain it to clearly but leave us with make the decision without any pushing. It's clear he has integrity and it is much appreciated. The example I have brings us back to the first house we had our offer accepted on. During the closing process we had our inspection and it came back with a lot of issues with the foundation. At that point Jeff explained it to us, laid out our options, and then worked with us and the seller to try reach an agreement. Ultimately we backed out but it was great to feel like Jeff was on your side. Touring houses with Jeff was also fun! We often would crack jokes and have a good time. One last thing I want to say is that Jeff is very patient! It took us 5 months from meeting Jeff and touring houses to actually closing on a house. Really appreciate that he stuck it out with us! Jeff made this home buying process seamless. He was very knowledgeable on the are and proved to get me exactly what my family needed. He didn’t send me any properties out of my desired range or floorplan. He was punctual for our viewings and did a walk thru of each one with me. He’s a problem solver, engaged via email, phone & text, and had attention to detail. He was an active listener and always had integrity. He is a consummate professional and highly recommended.
