Ilona was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my homebuying process. She was always willing to go the extra mile and meet us whenever we were available to look at houses. I think she is more familiar with the San Jose area, which we weren't looking in, so that made it a little harder to ask her about rare finds, but otherwise, she did a great job!

She also warmly opens up a clients perspective for other ideas or alternatives to the type of home a client has spoken about. Her friendly,fun and truly down to earth disposition has made looking for homes a more joyful experience. Ilona is upfront about the condition of a home because she truly cares about how happy and comfortable her clients will be after the purchase. She enjoys what she is doing. She steps out looking like a fashion model but her humility is exemplified. She is also readily available and has been willing to adjust meeting times for all parties involved. Her encouraging words and sense of humor have truly helped us to keep moving forward when the paperwork process seemed overwhelming. She works really hard and doesn't stop until you are in the right home. She will be like the little ENERGIZER BUNNY of finding your home. We have become like family and will have to keep in touch.

Ilona is amazing. I honestly don't know how to summarize all of the great things I have to say about her. For two years, I had unsuccessfully been working with a different realtor and had practically given up on buying a home. Then, I spontaneously met Ilona at an open house. I quickly discovered how much more care and time she dedicates to her clients than my previous realtor did, and with such positive energy. As a first time home buyer, I was very intimidated by the process, and she walked me through every step with excellent communication, transparency, friendliness, and support. In less than a month and a half from the day I met her, I have already closed on my dream apartment! She even left a lovely personalized gift basket in my new home the day I got the keys.
