Herson did a amazing job told him what i was looking for and he found multiple houses right away set me up with a lender and got me locked in at 2.25%apr when i was quoted 3.5% at the time he managed to save me a good amount of money and got me a cash flowing property looking forward on purchasing another house with his help

Ok Everyone! Let me tell you, when it comes to buying a house there is a lot of things to consider and keep in mind at all times! The most important one is working with someone that never loses track of all of those things and that actually cares about you reaching whatever goal, it is, that you are trying to reach, mine was buying a house. That person is your realtor and mine was Herson Pinto, he went above and beyond and never lost track of my goal even when I started too. I am a first time home buyer and I had no idea what I was doing 3/4 of the time. Herson took the time to create a little booklet that tells me step by step what I will have to deal with. Right before guiding me through the whole process anyway. It took us two extensive months because I did not know where I wanted to buy, he showed me houses all over the Bay Area and when I finally made my decision it was a last minute decision where I had to turn in documents in less than 4 hours and he never said it’s to late, instead he called the realtor and asked for an extension and worked on everything until I got the house that I wanted. There is so many things you have to do after deciding on a house Herson was helpful to the point were he helped me find a home, a better mortgage rate and up until helping me move my things from one place to another. I’m finally settled in and I love my new house. If there is someone to recommend as a realtor it’s Herson Pinto. Thank you Herson!
