Hector is fantastic. Not like those annoying agents who revert to tired sales approach of saying "there's a bidding war". Hector is truly your advocate, is sensitive and listens to your needs. And helps find tge right home. I highly recommend him and would definitely work with him again.

From the first time I interacted with Hector on the phone (after being matched by Zillow) I knew that we would have a wonderful interaction with him. Initially, we only intended on seeing a home he was showing that weekend. As soon as we met, his warmth and charisma shone brightly. He is the true embodiment of stellar customer service, I mean he kneels down to put on the booties on your feet as you enter a home! ( I am not kidding!). We did not put an offer on that home, but our interaction was so positive that I spoke to my husband about Hector becoming our agent from that point forward. We both were impressed with his skills, neighborhood knowledge, lending information, solar advice, you name it! Hector navigated with us for about 3 months until we found our dream home. He was patient but attentive and always very accessible (even at 11PM at night). I can't say enough good things about him. So happy that we were able to close on our home just a few days ago. None of it would have been possible without a fantastic agent like Hector, especially now during COVID, the rules have changed and I felt secure and confident purchasing alongside a true professional. 10/10 Would recommend in a heartbeat! He was always in touch, worked quickly to get in offers late at night in a very competitive market, and made the whole experience of buying my first home fun and very rewarding.
