Cynthia could not have done a better job helping to find our home. Being new to the area, her insights into the local market were incredibly important. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had, and has so much knowledge to share about everything related to the home buying process. A complete professional every step of the way, and made it clear she would be there for us whether we found the right home in a week or were in it for the long haul. My husband & I were really lucky to find Cynthia, who was highly recommended by our friend, who is also a loan agent. She is the best realtor we’ve met. Not only is she approachable and nice, she is very knowledgeable and efficient. She was on top of it from day one, worked very fast and was armed w/ the right professional contacts to get things done right. Her attention to detail is impeccable. It only took basically a month to get us a buyer. From the time our tenants left, it took her less than 2 weeks to set-up all necessary steps to get our property on the market. She coordinated all the inspections, bids & actual work done, from painters, pro-deep cleaners, window & patio power washing, stagers, to having quality photos/video done. By the 2nd weekend, our property was ready for open house, both virtually and in-person (Covid safety measures in-place) and was activated on their extensive MLS. Cynthia not only got our property looking the very best, she went above & beyond making sure our property was safe, after each viewing. We had access to their social media tool kit and calendar so we were aware of any viewing, feedback/comments, and/or any updates. By the third week, we had several interests and few offers and by the end of the month, we accepted a solid offer. Above asking price:) After about 30 days, Cynthia and the Escrow & Title Team, was able to close escrow for us. She was there for us every step of the way and made the whole process easy and convenient. She was a great listener, trustworthy, gave valuable professional advice, respectful and absolutely wonderful to work with. We’ve been raving about her with our family and friends. Realtor of the Year? Yup! If I were to share our experience from beginning to end with all of the amazing ways Cynthia showed up for my family throughout the process of selling our home, I’d have to write a book (this is not an exaggeration). We had 4 realtors come by our home and give us their thoughts and “pitches”, but she was the clear choice as she blew us away. A few words I’d use to describe Cynthia: meticulous, orderly, gritty, timely, honest, warm, compassionate, down-to-earth, competitive, detail-oriented, passionate, and AMAZING! She was available by phone (text or call) or email and always responded promptly, even after hours. Her work ethic was impeccable, and she went above and beyond to ensure our house sold quickly and well above asking price. 7 offers (all at or above asking) within 6 days on the market, and we closed at 85k over asking...all because of the hard work Cynthia put in! I’d pick her 100x over to go through the process of buying or selling a home. Anyone would be lucky to work with her...I know we sure were!
