Aliyah was more than my real estate agent. First of all she worked through the whole NACA process with me which was slow and at times difficult to navigate. I was a very motivated homebuyer yet she never complained or showed any irritation about showing me all of the houses I wanted to go look at. If she wasn't available she would ask her team mate to go with me instead. She helped me to see the potential in homes that I thought the layout would pose a problem. When I felt discouraged she kept me going. When I wanted to except bad deals out of desperation she persuaded me that there was something better. When I did find my house we closed in 30 days at the set date we were supposed because of her adamant advocating for me. Closing in 30 days with a loan especially through NACA is not common however I had God working for me and He used her mightily. Aliyah is Not one of those Pharisees that will stand at the gate and won't go in and won't let you in either. If God opens a door for you she's going to run through it and pull you in too! If I ever have to move, not only would I trust again to help find a house but I would also trust her to sell the house I currently own.

I cannot imagine having a better experience than buying a home with Aliyah. She went above and beyond in every aspect of our search, sending listings, clarifying and updating our preferences, following up with sellers and contractors as needed and generally keeping us informed along the way to finding our dream home. She is knowledgeable about local real estate issues and demonstrated commitment to helping us find an unusual home with an ADU for family in our price range. We felt very well cared for and that we had an advocate on our side at every moment. I cannot recommend her enough.

Aliyah was a great match for us! My husband and I have very different wants and likes. She was very patient with us, held our hand through it all. She gave us the facts and prepared us for the outcomes. Now for some #s. We sold our home 50k above asking thanks to her negotating skills. We put two serious bids out on homes and we won the 2nd. The turnaround time on this was impecable. I have made a career in planning, but this over exceded my expectations. Also, her work did not stop after the sale. I have reached out to her after the fact and she has been able to provide me rental agreements, warranty solutions, etc. This is a reflection of her customer service skills. I highly recommend Aliyah to be YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT!
