Phone order for pick.up. whoever answered the phone was very personable, detailed and gave appropriate suggestions. And the chicken Pho was đ„matcha drink was good even tho it was a little pricey.
***STICK WITH THE PHO, THEIR OTHER MENU ITEMS ARE " JUST OKAY" only 4 shrimp in a combo shrimp fried rice??? Stingy!
When they say, DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER, this is the true definition of that phrase. This place is a no frills type joint, and with that expectation, this place surpasses all expectations. Very good chicken pho, the last place in Michigan is had they made the mistake of using chicken thighs in their pho. Which in my opinion is not the best cut to use. Kudos to this place.
The wait staff was nice, inattentive and unobservant, but nice enough. The food however, was awful. The wontons were your standard CISCO brand re-heating. The vermicelli arrived with brown lettuce on top and I could smell the shrimp (not in a good way) before the server had set the plate down. After removing all the wilted, brown lettuce I mixed in the fish sauce to find it also smelled terrible and tasted sickly sweet. The cucumbers were soggy and there were no carrots. The pad thai was the same, overly sickly sweet. We left without eating either of the main dishes, and they charged full price. The inside of the restaurant is loud, feels crowded and has 3 TVs all playing random things. Just kinda an awkward vibe.
Pho was tasty but a bit too salty, Hanoi style I would say. Plenty of meat in the Dac Biet. Goi Cuon had too much noodle and fell apart
Came here for dinner and left with a whole nightmare. My sisterâs food had hair in it. She didnât eat it, didnât want it, and instead of handling it like a normal business, the staff got rude and escalated everything. The food was paid for anyway, so the theft narrative is insane.
What shouldâve been a simple âsorry, let us fix itâ turned into police being called, zero accountability, and now complete silence when I tried to reach out after. Yâall had no problem taking the money, but canât even respond when things go left.
Customer service was trash, how this was handled was unnecessary, and the lack of response after says everything. This couldâve been avoided entirely.

Were showed to a table, but ten minutes before anyone came to us. Drinks and food orders were taken together, drinks never came. Food came one at a time over the span of 15 minutes so we didn't eat together. 2 of the four entrees were inedible. Very weird, rotten smell to it. Nobody ever came to check on us or give us a bill. I let them know but they opted to leave the untouched dishes on the bill which is their right but certainly evident of their standards. Worked in the industry all my life and this is the lowest rung.
The Vegan Pho is also Gluten-free and it was amazing! I also suggest the Vegan spring rolls with tofu and avocado, it is Gluten-free as long as you don't get the peanut sauce with it. The staff was kind and helpful with my food allergies, overall it was a great experience.
I donât know why this restaurant only 4.3 stars and whata pho have 4.8, be honestly this is the restaurant of glory of Des Monies! I can say it should be 5 stars restaurant, Here didnât have any food lower than 5 stars, I can say is perfect in this restaurant and hope it can get the 4.8,4.9 soon!
The food was very good a reasonably timely for how busy it was. The customer service was good and did a good job about helping us. I have had pho several times at several different placeâs and this was probably my best experience yet. The portions are large and you really get a good bang for your buck. Needless to say i would highly recommend this place.
Really good place to get broken rice (com tam)! The meat and fish sauce were perfect and I absolutely loved the omelette. Typically, broken rice would come with steamed pork and egg meatloaf but totally fine since the portions on this dish were large. Staff were great and friendly and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. Make sure to wear something you're ok with getting smelly because there was definitely an oil smell on me and my friends right after eating here!
