Went in for my 5:00 booking today and had my haircut by the lovely new lady Stephanie I think her name was she was lovely and friendly and did exactly what I wanted style wise I usually book my appointments with Candice but decided to take a chance on Stephanie and she did extremely well would definitely recommend her to others as well as the place in general as I’ve had my haircuts there for 5 years now

Fairly average. Booked a haircut and beard trim online. Wasn't even offered the beard trim when there.. From walking in the whole process took about 12 minutes which seems incredibly quick to me. Didn't even run a razor over my neck or anything like that. On the whole - nice friendly guy (I believe his name was Thomas?) however seemed inexperienced and the whole thing felt rushed. In such a competitive market I think there are far better barbers locally.

I recently visited this barbershop and while the haircuts are great, the music they play is extremely inappropriate for kids. As an adult, it’s really upsetting to hear such explicit language, especially with my 7-year-old son and other kids around. He doesn’t need to be exposed to that kind of content at his age. We’ll be looking for another place unless management changes their playlist.

Broken appointment I made a booking and received confirmation email for 11:30. I arrived at 11:27 just behind someone walking in off the street. They got my slot and I had to wait because the guy said he didn’t know how to work the iPad. Guy said it would be 10 minutes, I walked out after15 as I couldn’t wait. Not good enough, need to lift your game guys.
