Defective lenses, no accountability I paid $500 extra dollars for the thinnest lenses, transitions, I added the extra crystal scratch resistant coating, and after 6 months they are totally unwearable. Something about the lenses is defective and the film is cracking into hundreds of little spiderwebs, I can’t even wear them. I have sent images and spoken to 3 different people. They escalated it to top management and they told me sorry, they cannot replace the lenses. They say it’s outside the 30 day warranty and there is nothing that can be done. Really! 6 months ?? Why would anyone pay for anyiscratch coating that is $200 alone, just to have it be THE reason you can’t wear them. It’s like hundreds of scratches and you’re paying for them. This company is trash.

Disappointing service and zero accountability I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses for over $700, expecting a premium product and reliable service. Instead, the delivery was delayed for over three weeks, missing two promised delivery dates. They ultimately shipped the glasses via USPS, and the package was lost in transit. After filing a formal claim and providing a signed affidavit, the company completely refused my claim and stated there was nothing they could do. A reputable business should ensure their product actually reaches the customer and take responsibility when a carrier loses a package. I will never purchase from them again and highly advise others to look elsewhere.

Unsatisfied The product takes 1-2 months to arrive . My first order was received on a 30 day mark , the second pair I ordered going on two months still no sign, I’m sure I’ll get it one day , not quite sure if it’s worth the 10% discount . The customer service isn’t the greatest on top of that , which makes things that much more frustrating in those situations …

Unacceptable customer service experience My experience ordering a frame was very frustrating. I initially placed the order on 03/05, but on 03/15, I was informed the item was out of stock and expected in 1-2 weeks. After agreeing to wait, I was notified on 04/02 the item was unavailable and offered an alternative, which I replied to but faced issues due to their holiday. By the time I could confirm my alternative choice on 04/11, I was told on 04/12 that my order had been canceled and refunded. Attempts to contact them were difficult, with no immediate response until 04/13, when I learned the cancellation was automatic. This resulted in my HSA funds expiring, with no apology or credit offered. Highly disappointed.

Do not trust or buy from EZContacts.com - No ETA on delivery and slow customer service and support This company is not legit and does not actually have the inventory on hand. They make it seem that the shipping is 3-5 days, but it actually is much longer than that. I placed an order back on March 23, and it's April 11 and still no ETA. I actually requested for a refund back on April 5th. Today is now April 11th and finally a response with a refund processed. Don't waste your time buying from this website. Go to Amazon instead where prices are cheaper and shipping is 1-2 days. Their customer service is also much better that this company.

RUN Away! Wish I read this comments prior to placing my order 30 March 2026. So...,many unreliable & unacceptable communication. Should be Zero Stars. - Charged shipping when it was suppose to be Free for 7 days - Could not contact them because they shut down for 4 days of holiday. - Did not advise me contact were back-order until 11 days later when they reopened. - Could not advise when they would receive the shipment to their warehouse. Would be weeks at least before I would get an order ...but NO shipment date provided. - Just a zero customer service company. I cancelled the order. Much more, but glad to be finished with them.

OMG!! An ABSOLUTE nightmare :( I’m angry and disappointed with EZContacts. I placed an order for glasses on **March 4**, and **nearly four weeks later** they still haven’t shipped. After the order sat in “processing,” the status has been stuck on **“waiting for carrier”** with no real movement. What makes this worse is the communication—**there wasn’t any**. EZContacts didn’t proactively notify me about a delay. I had to contact customer service **twice** just to find out what was going on. To top it off, my order total was **$728.94** and I paid for **expedited shipping**, which makes this delay feel even more unacceptable. I also had to be the one to ask for a resolution; they eventually offered a **10% discount**, but that doesn’t fix the fact that my order still isn’t on the way. If you need your glasses within any reasonable timeframe, I can’t recommend ordering from EZContacts.

Awful Experience. Can get my purchase 6 weeks since I ordered it. Awful experience. Ordered $700 glasses online, received it 3 weeks later with lenses of different color (left different from the right). Contacted their customers service immediately, sent it back same day, 4 weeks later still no glasses and some ridiculous explanation from CS that I will not get it in the next 3 weeks...

EZContacts is a scam On 12/10, I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban 3025 Aviators with Blue Chromance lenses and received a similar pair of Ray-Ban 3025 Aviators but with Blue Mirror lenses instead. I received the item on 12/15 and immediately reported the mistake to the merchant who sent a return label and offered a refund after having to pay an additional $11.95 to ship the item back to them even though they made a mistake. The merchant did not provide a return label until 12/19. I shipped the return on 12/19 and the USPS showed the merchant had received the item back on 12/26. After several weeks of waiting with no contact from the merchant, I emailed them on 1/12 asking for an update. I did not get a response. I emailed the merchant again on 1/14. The merchant finally responded on 1/15 stating that the glasses were scratched and appeared worn. I sent them a picture showing that the glasses had no damage or imperfections when I received them and shipped them back, and that the glasses had been in their possession for 3 weeks at that point and if anything had happened to them, it likely occurred at their facility. The merchant doubled down and offered to send the damaged glasses, which weren't correct to begin with, back to me. Looking at reddit threads and trustpilot reviews of their website, it seems this is a very common problem with users noting having received counterfeit or incorrect products from them and having a very difficult time getting them to commit to their return/refund policy. I believe this merchant is a scammer. They have the product they sent me in their facility and are refusing to refund me.

Horrible Experience Ordered an item only to find out it's out of stock but I was fully charged and still have not received glasses and even after requesting cancellation it has not been processed. Second I ordered another pair which never came in 5-7 business days and after 3 weeks when it did it was the wrong color from my order. Horrible customer service , no compensation for time and will not even cancel or refund unfulfilled orders .

Very disappointed. Shady practices. Avoid this company. I placed an order for contacts that were listed in stock, only to find days later that my order was still “processing” because they were actually not in stock. I received zero notification about the delay. Had I known they wouldn’t ship for weeks, I never would have spent nearly $200 with this company. Very disappointed. Shady practices. Avoid this company.

Crooks! Ordered on 9/28. Website specifies 'Ships in 3-5 business days'. Nothing! After the call, they promised to mail in a few days. NOTHING! Called on 10/16. They told they need a few more weeks. Looks like they are just using the money. Cheaper than the bank loan. Cancelled the order.

Incompetence and Fraud I placed an order for 2 pairs of prescription glasses for a total of $369.88. One of them was for prescription sunglasses intended and specified (in their prompt on the website order form) to be matched in tint to what was shown in the product photo. It was delivered barely tinted and could not serve as sunglasses. I requested a re-do, and this time specified explicitly the degree of tint intensity as 15% Visible Light Transmission (or VLT - an optometry term used in the industry). It took another month and multiple chat and phone communications with them to process the correction, and when I received the glasses they were not tinted at all. Turns out their lab mistakenly inverted the specification and applied 15% of tint intensity which instead of 15% of VLT. I had to send the glasses back for another correction, this time insisting on talking to a "problem" manager and getting him to promise that he'll personally oversee the correction and get it back to me within 3 weeks as I was leaving the country for the summer. Despite me using the website chat and customer service number nearly daily for long frustrating conversations with people who claimed to have contacted the warehouse/lab/managers for the subsequent 3 weeks, I left the country having not received the order. I emailed the customer service and manager from abroad demanding a refund: needless to say, i have not received it. They took my business and my money, wasted 3 months of my time, delivered a mistaken product twice, demonstrated extreme lack of professional expertise and customer service standards, but most importantly, they charged me for a product that I do not have in my possession, which amounts to FRAUD.

Poor Customer Service I did not have a positive experience. I uploaded my prescription and when I received the box, I wasn't ready for a new set of contacts (mind you, I have been wearing contacts 35 years). When I opened the box, I realized they shipped me 4 boxes of the WRONG contacts. It has been almost 2 months, and I still have not received the replacements. On the return form, I marked for them to use my first payment method if there was an additional charge. I have had to keep emailing and still have no contacts. I will never use this company again. Saving $10 is not worth it. I'll go back to 1800-Contacts forever.

Super sketchy company I ordered a pair of Polaroid sunglasses and they never came. I contacted them about the delay a couple of times and finally they sent me something very late. The sunglasses that I ordered never arrived. What arrived were not sunglasses but frames for glasses. Not at all the sunglasses I ordered. Again I had to contact them again. I have a book's worth of emails. Really obnoxious customer service where there is no acceptance of any responsibility for any mistakes. I honestly think this is their business strategy. Don't send anything till you are contacted. Then send something you're trying to get rid of but not the ordered item.
