I have been with Eyesurf for some time and I have been very happy with the service , compared to others I have been with over the years They are very trust worthy and the Tech support great.

(If i could give negative stars i would) At first eyesurf was a good company to deal with. That was until today. July 10, 2024. I had a gigabit (1000 MBPS) plan from them and all was good until today when i did a speed test. and got a "amazing" 250 down, I called Eyesurf to inquire about it and was notified that I had been dropped to a 300 mbps plan. No contact from them before they did this. They tried saying that they no longer offered the gigabit service in my area which is a load of B.S considering my neighbours have that plan from them. Im in the process of finding another provider who wont lie to me and drop my service to a slower package and then proceed to bill me for a gigabit plan. Worse company i've had the displeasure of dealing with.

When I call for customer service they are prompt to assist. Respectfully, consistently and considerately. Bill has stayed the same for 12 yrs, aside from a few times of going up only a small amounts, due to the rising cost of living. I have never been surprised with a sudden rise in my bill or change in the way I am charged. My internet rarely went down and I live in a low signal area. However, when it did go down my neighbour's experienced the same and some had different providers. Not once have I experienced bad customer service. Although when I started with Eyesurf my bank did not provide online pymt with them, Eyesurf got it all set up. If you are tired of services that continually provide billing that is Inconsistent you never know what your paying month to month Eyesurf is not like that at all. You can count on them thats why I am still a customer with them, still after 12 yrs. Bless you Eyesurf you make life easier.

Internet/TV package I was charged 118$ on June 11 2024 for a new Internet/ TV package. They said a technician would coming to hook it up July 8th 2024. No technician called or showed up. Think twice before you choose this company. Especially if you work from home or have a home based business.

Horrible internet and really bad customer service with agents who have no knowlege of the service and technical issue and just waste your time by asking your to restart your modem. I do not recommend this provider at all. There is basically no internet connection and after weeks of follow-up and calls still we have no support.

The service representative had no idea how to fix my issue. For the last month I've had nothing but trouble with my internet service, it keeps shutting off, I've never had such a problem like this. Every day for a week this has been happening. I'm getting to the point of leaving this company and going with someone else. Every day I have to unplug the modem and leave it off . 😒

Do not order from them!!!! This has easily been the worst company for internet we’ve ever used, actually they’re so bad we never even got to have the internet. Ordered on December 22, 2023 it’s January 12, 2024 and these people haven’t gotten us internet 😂 it’s comical at this point. We’ve called over 7 times to figure out what the hell is going on and nothing! Not a single person kept their word about calling us back (including the manager) and no one has any information. Seriously just don’t bother with the company there are several other companies that do no contract internet that actually work. Pathetic company and even more pathetic management.

Hi Bianca, I'm really sorry for the troubles you had with getting connected. It seems you ordered before the holidays, which was part of the reason for the delay. I was able to check your order and see that the vendor we use for service in your area (Shaw) claimed they were having trouble finding your address in their system. Feedback from them has also been very slow since being bought out by Rogers, which was also part of why we didn't have much information when you had requested updates. In any case, waiting 3 weeks to get connected is certainly not acceptable and we have escalated your order to our management contact at Shaw to ensure this does not happen again. We really apologize for the experience you have been through.

The EyeSurf folks are responsive and friendly. The service is great - no interruptions for a year and the network speed is always high. And unlike some local services, never any billing surprises. Needless to say we are very happy with their service.
